### "One Stop Shop"

For our purposes we were looking for a system to centralize all of our Incident reporting and regulatory compliance needs. With ProcessMAP we were able to do just that. Having over 35 plus sites across the US it is nice to have one system that is shared across those locations. I can run and file 28 OSHA logs without the pain of going to multiple spreadsheets and databases to retrieve the information. The record keeping and corrective actions sections also allow us to meet and exceed our ISO standards and requirements. During audits it is often brought up how the systems organization and presentation highlight the investigation and corrections of incidents.

Pros

The software is set up on a module styled basis. This makes the system easier to access the correct locations for different types of users. The permission settings allow the administrator to turn on or off elements easily and quickly. After some initial training the system is easy to navigate, and user friendly for basic users (ie..line level leadership, managers). Having a platform which allows for customization of dashboards is also a plus in terms of communications and transparency. It has decreased our duplicate and redundant reports dramatically throughout the past couple of years.

Cons

As with any system, there are drawbacks to what can be performed. Some of the users would like to see additional information broken out by more site specific information. This is something which would require a lot of effort to change and there is would not be enough business justification to do so. Additional feedback heard is that the system can get confusing and cumbersome for persons not utilizing it often. The user will forget where the location or process would be for data entry or reporting. This is off set with the interactive help feature but that sometimes is also left behind.

The team at ProcessMap was really the deciding factor. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the system. During the entire time we have partnered together I have not had an issue with the support nor dedication of the team there.

Overall application in programme management is useful when dealing with many contractors where the requirement to have one centralised system that allow us to record data and anaylse them

Pros

Good HSSE Management system which provides total transparency in managing contractor with actions and e-Learning module

Cons

The system at times can't be very complicated and may not be user friendly

we purchased back in 2015, really helpful in the begining setting up and training, their advice and support is second to none. very glad we purchased and look forward to a long partnership.

Pros

How easy it was to integrate not only safety, environment and quality but we were also able to add other requirements such as timesheets, daily reports, variation orders etc. this means we only predominantly use lucidity , thats it.

Cons

we have never really used CRM, we already had a system that met our requirements. merging to lucidity was not an option at the time.

I have had the opportunity to utilize DevonWay in multiple enterprise situations. I have also had the pleasant experience of implementing DevonWay as an enterprise, single-point entry system for greater than 6000 individuals and integrating several diverse applications from action tracking and regulatory corrective actions, to work management and equipment database maintenance. DevonWay has such an intuitive look and feel that anyone who has searched the internet, uses email, and at the extreme has shopped on the web, can easily use DevonWay. I have used DevonWay as a "front end" for less user friendly programs to make them more effective and I have used DevonWay to integrate several legacy programs so they could be eliminated along with their maintenance and cost. I have often said that the real cost of a software system is not in buying or hosting, but in key strokes and clicks required by the workforce to produce value in the system. Will people want to use it? That is where DevonWay excels. Pros: Ease of use for both those who input and those who use the input. The information you want at your fingertips, not waiting for someone to provide a dated report in order to take action. Large, diverse user base provides timely useful upgrades, keeping the system contemporary. You do not have to worry about having yesterday's system. Recommendations: Do not just try and replicate your current system using DevonWay. Go in with the philosophy of, if you had it to do over, knowing what you know now, what would your system look like? Who are all the customers? What would make the workforce want to use the system? If you put the right effort into figuring out what you would like in a system for now and into the future, DevonWay will create it and give you more versatility than you knew was possible.

Ease in usage. The software is intuitive.

Pros

We have been using this software for several years now. It is very easy to use and teach DevonWay to others, even if instructing someone on how to use the software over the phone. My organization has the bulk of performance assurance issues for the entire company because of the nature of the work we are responsible for at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). It is extremely important while working in this high pace/use area that the software functions easily for not only the person who oversees the issues but for those working in the field who submit and work through the issues that have been entered in DevonWay (LabWay). We have that ease of use with the DevonWAy (LabWay) software.

Cons

I had to really think about this question. I guess if I were to have to write something that I dislike about the software that would be that I dislike changes in the software functionality. I personally dislike updates to the software. Although It is not too hard to adapt to new changes when they are incorporated, it would be nice if the software aligned more with standardized software we are currently using (i.e., Microsoft Office) so it would be even easier to adapt to the changes. Not all company's use our company standards so this may not be an issue for others.

Pros

The ability to work with DevonWay staff at all levels to configure the product that does exactly what I need it to do. I also appreciate the significant number of enhancements that have been made in the last year or two to make products more user-friendly.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve involved in using the different modules and it can be difficult to force myself to take the time needed in order to use the products optimally. Use of the DevonWay products is not my core function per se, however, I have the sense that there is so much more I could be doing with them that would improve my overall efficiency (I feel the same way about Excel, for instance). I think the more casual user (e.g. our members) struggles, even more, to learn the software as they simply don't use it enough to lock the processes into memory and they constantly have to ask how to do the same tasks. Perhaps context sensitive help/FAQs would be useful. I do think the recent update to the Help system was outstanding, however.

### "Devonway for Observations"

We are using Devonway as a central point for observations in our fleet. This allows for everyone in our multi-plant fleet to be on the same page in relation to observations. We are all using the same criteria for observations. This also allows for easy comparison and trending across multiple sites in multiple performance areas. This allows for a collective look at how the fleet is doing and the ability to break that down into individual sites, even though we're scattered across the country. This also allows for easy access to data from nearly everyone in the fleet. This has led to less siloing in our departments and plants. Devonway is also used for the Performance Indicators for our fleet as well, for similar reasons.

Pros

The program is highly customizable. The interface is very simple and user friendly, even a first time user can find their way around with little instruction.

Cons

In-depth reports and analysis do take time to learn. If you're not familiar with some basic functions and features of the system, you may not have the data you think you have. The custom reports and specialty features do take some tweaking to get right. That also leads to those reports being very specific and not easily altered in the future.

Overall, Lucidity does everything that we need. Most things are easy to learn or work out if you were not there during implementation.

Pros

We use Lucidity to manage our documents, employees, risk, and customer service audits. The software delivers in all these areas. While I was not in the company when the company implemented the software, I have still been able to learn how to do most things through their helpful Lucidity training portal. I have been able to discover and learn how to complete the functions that I need to in my own time.

Cons

Sometimes I find setting the access settings to different types of employees and clients challenging

ProcessMAP has become the way to organize work life.

Pros

ProcessMAP is an excellent tool to organize your daily and annual activities and goals, accomplishments throughout the year are easily communicated up for reviews. The tool is also extremely helpful in tracking incidents and training for regulators. When we are audited, this tool helps us easily cruise through an audit while impressing auditors without having to run to a filing cabinet.

Cons

Insight is difficult. Sometimes, customer service can take too long.

I was introduced into our Lucidity setup team to assist with transitioning company forms into the inform module. This module has been super helpful and easy to use, where we are now just using these online forms. The software developers have listened to feedback from their customers and implemented new updates to make this experience even better.

Pros

This product is very easy to use. The support is amazing. The software is tailored to the needs of your company. A well resourced help guide and training videos as well.

Cons

The incident module gathered more information that was was required for our industry. Therefore, we had to develop our own incident form after much trial and error with using the Induction Module.

I have used Lucidity for the past 6yres. Overall, the program is a good program however as a business we need the program its features at a faster rate to allow for the different growth requirements of our business.Making maintenance task more automated would make this software a much more attractive product.

Pros

The software is easy to pick up and use

Cons

Some basic features for the program are not standardized like report date functionality. The permission needs to be more customized for the end user to be able to restrict user from accessing particular data.

Overall I have been extremely happy with ProcessMap software. We went from 100% paper reporting, investigating, and auditing to 100% digitized. The amount of actionable data that we have readily available is fantastic. It has also allowed us to better manage as we have easy visibility, automatic notification and automated reporting across all of our business units.

Pros

The software has a very clean user friendly feel. Developing training and subsequently bringing on all of our users was a fairly straightforward process because the tool is very intuitive. I also love the ease of customization. My support team at ProcessMap does a great job of thinking outside of the box to develop new and better ways for our business processes to become more efficient.

Cons

If the integration or customizations require code development then the lead time and time to project completion can be too long.

Pros

The best part of the audit module software is the interrelationship with the other modules in this platform. In addition the ability to customize the audit questions to our companies processes was easy to do.

An improvement for the software would be simplifying the access to the users. This is a bit cumbersome.

The different modules can be purchased separately allowing 'build to suit' needs and budgets. It consolidates all EHS related information - safety and environmental incidents, sustainability metrics, industrial hygiene, auditing, compliance calendars, and task management - in one place! Cons

Sometimes had that "I wish I knew that earlier" feeling after implementation. Challenging to customize fields and have that carry through all areas of the system. Cognos tool requires a lot of training

Overall happy with the software and service and audit management module

Pros

System easy to use from a user and admin point of view. If any issue arises, CSM is knowledgeable and can help correct most issues on the spot.

Cons

There are a few quirks with the system that could be improved. Past audits questionnaires are impacted once their protocol is altered for future audits. Additionally, there have been some delays and difficulties with HRMS integration, not so much the fault of the system but with the process as a whole. Overall happy with the system aside from the aforementioned items

I like the fact that one can tie objects or actions together or that they can be related.

Cons

It is not inherently obvious how to navigate thru item. I'd reccomned a pop up bubble when the cursor is over a certain item or button to help users navigate the system

Pros

I love DevonWay's ease of use. As an administrator, it makes my life easier as well. My users love the reports we can build easily so they can use the information in different applications.

Cons

It's pretty compartmentalized. Each module has it's limitations as to what it can/can't do. This is typical for software, but sometimes I wish we could break down those walls and use fields across all modules without much hassle.

The reporting features have greatly enhanced over the years. The ability to export files into a variety of different formats is handy making it easier to include statistics into a number of different report files.

Cons

It is not compatible with BlackBerry Devices, if this software was compatible with blackberry devices, our station would be able to further utilize the products.

Very positive. Very responsive design team. DevonWay understands our work type (i.e. utility construction).

Pros

Our team uses the DevonWay application to manage the safety of a large utility project in Southern California. We like the intuitiveness of the field application. We also like how easy it has become to track and trend our data.

Cons

Our only issue is that we had to make substantial changes to the application out of the box. However, the DevonWay team was very responsive, and we wound up with an application that suited our needs perfectly.

\-Multiple steps to get to one side-Does not record the forms or completed rom under the user or contractor profile - needs to move things around. -Need more features to clasify the forms completed for confidentiality purpose.
