They work on solutions to address my concerns however, as a business, it would be preferable to have the issues resolved in a more timely manner. Pros I have had the opportunity to use Ehopper's service for a year now. What impressed me was their competitive pricing and flexibility regarding device usage. One of the standout features was the option to use my own devices, which made the setup process incredibly convenient for KDS displays. They also act on feedback of their service to help my business which I appreciate. Cons I believe their selection of printers, scanners and handhelds very limited. Also, our terminal was unreliable, sometimes freezing or rebooting but they have worked to resolve this issue.
