Overall a great system to use and would highly recommend two other potential users. Pros I have found that this system is extremely convenient in providing a multitude of options for both users and clients. The system is very easily accessible and can be maneuvered without any problems. The multitude of functions including reports, records database, employee information as well as the other features are extremely helpful in client satisfaction. Cons There are times where the system just like any other does not function properly in the essence of some employees being unable to login or having issues uploading photos etc. However when customer support is contacted they are extremely responsive in resolving the issue. Pros Report management without the fluff. The UI is clean and it makes learning for our officers easy. THERMS has the basic functions we need and we are given a lot of creative control over how our reports are set up for use. THERMS is continually improving and their customer services are quick to respond. Cons The ability to format reports and forms that we custom build from an appearance perspective is somewhat limited. We look forward to having a little more creative control in this area. NEEDS AN APP! This will hopefully solve some of the minor bugs we experience on the mobile website. Setup only took ten minutes. Very user-friendly for both admins and end-users. After trying most of the security management systems out there this is the best. Pros Modern and easy to understand user interface. Quick and easy setup. Exactly what security officers need to do their job and nothing more. Cons Limited features. I would like to see scheduling and live GPS tracking but not a deal-breaker. Switched from [TrackTik](https://www.capterra.com/p/132312/TrackTik/) TrackTik makes it very difficult and overly complicated just to sign up. Must sign a long term contract and take a minimum number of licenses even if you don't need them. Mandatory training even if you don't need it. Setup takes a week or more. The system looks like it was designed ten years ago and never updated. It has way too many features. I love that it files all reports in with the clients and the composer. I love the updated web platform, huge improvement! This has been a great addition to the services we provide our clients as well. They love receiving daily updates from the officers working their properties. I've already recommended it to a couple security companies we've worked with and will continue to do so. Pros I love the new GPS stamp on report entries. It allows me to know with confidence that our officers are onsite doing their patrols. The filing system was a nightmare. Initially it was a cost based decision, it had the essentials we needed to do the job and kept everything organized by client.
