All the onboarding staff and team members have been informational and helpful. \[sensitive content hidden\] the Onboarding Engineer has always had an answer for our questions or if he didn't, he found the answer very quickly, so we didn't have to wait long. The SalesForce team has been very prompt and helpful as well.

Functionality, speed, user friendly, ease of use mobile app

Default formatting that comes with the printout templates, certain function features related to bulk uploading information

Ease of use with simple and intuitive interface.

Cons

The report writing appears to robust and allows high customization. But the documentation is lacking on this topic.

Affordability and availability of their support team when faced with concerns or glitches with the programming We LOVED our onboarding associate, she was beyond amazing and supportive!!!!

I appreciate the automation capabilities of the system. As we continue to onboard new clients, we're working through some initial challenges to streamline our processes. I'm confident that with time, we'll reach a point where we're fully satisfied with the system's performance.

Cons

The system is presented to us as a blank canvas for customization, which is commendable. However, transitioning from a completely manual process to automation, especially without prior automation knowledge, has posed significant challenges. Additionally, launching without full readiness to onboard all 70 clients has resulted in daily hurdles, often necessitating support without access to a dedicated onboarding engineer. Dealing with recurring bugs and relying on workarounds has been particularly frustrating.

Pros

When you start using the system it may be imitating, but once you start navigating it is very easy to use.

Cons

You must be very proactive in the system to know exactly what you have to do if an error occurs, or you will have to refer back to the to the help tag or place a ticket in which sometimes does take a while.

Pros

Extremely robust and many different functions with very useful workflows. Thoughtfully built out for fulfillment warehouse functions

Cons

Issues sometimes arise out of nowhere and tough to get an explanation. Additional upgrades cost $$ and simple edits/ updates need administrative support

Pros

I really like how it is able to pull in and keep track of orders from multiple sites. Also if an order was canceled on the main sites, it will update automatically during packing.

Cons

How it does not seem too user friendly from the beginning. There seems to be a huge learning curve for new users, however it shows it was made by engineers with a lot of fail saves.

\[sensitive content hidden\] has been really great! As for the program itself, a lot of the time the software isn't very user friendly and is, much of the time, fairly frustrating.

Pros

The inventory reports I pull are very detailed. However, I wish I could select what I want to be in the columns of the reports I pull. That would be helpful.

Cons

I am unable to search for items on the Control page using the Channel ID. This is a source of frustration that Logiwa IT has refused to address.
