Pros that i can make appointments and network on the side with whomever is attending - that feature is awesome Cons it was very cluttered in terms of UI. one can get drowned out scrolling through all the possible meetups and etc. i also wanted a calendaring system where it notified me on where to go when. a map of the conference hall or recommended meetup areas would also be a cool feature Review Source AF Amy F. This was my first time using it and found it simple and easy to understand. I would definitely use it again. Pros Very easy to navigate this app for my training event schedule. I was able to connect with other event attendees easily and meet new people with similar interests and goals. It was useful and contained a lot of needed information for a full and informed experience. Pros I got an email whenever there were messages or announcements. I also really liked the map area to show where in the building I had to go for which part of the conference. I also liked the agenda where I knew what class, at what time, where, and who was speaking. Cons I would have liked to get emails on the new contests and quizes they were having. I enjoy the many different features such as the schedule (that you can add to your personal calendar right from the Whova app), the notifications when a session is starting, speaker powerpoints/materials available for download, community messaging board, and more! Great app! Pros Whova is easy to use and has a lot of helpful features. You can customize your notification preferences and it fulfills several needs all in one place! Cons The only thing I could think of is that at times when using it for a conference, there were powerpoints attached to the speaker's profile and sometimes it wouldn't load correctly. I think I would propose this app to another organization I'm apart of. Pros It's easy to use! It was easy to see the event schedule, attendees and managers and I was able to see mutual connections. I did not notice anyone having any real difficulties with the App. Pros The convenience of using the app. I like that I was able to choose my sessions and they showed up for me in a detailed list so I was never lost. The convention rooms, however were a nightmare. We were all walking around in circles trying to find our sessions. The layout was terrible. It made our participation in the meeting so much easier and satisfying. Pros Easy to use and very intuitive. The QR scan for leads is a huge benefit for an exhibitor. Gamification - The doctors really got involved in the leaderboard. It was fun and it drew attendees into the app so they saw other features. It allows you to navigate the whole week through the app. Adding sessions to attend is just a tap away. Overall, it was really helpful and complemented the ACEF experience. Pros Whova allowed me to have a clear view of the agenda and details of each session. The list of participants also gave me a view of who was attending the event Cons I guess a minor downside is that the app gave notifications and I also received the same in my inbox. It was not a big deal, but it was too much for me.
