The agenda was extremely convenient to see, before the conference started, what sessions were available. Pros I liked that I could see the whole agenda for each day of our conference. I liked the ability to choose which session I wanted to attend before the conference even started. Cons There were a lot of notifications that were not pertinent to me. Pros Whova provided a detailed schedule, as well as options for what sessions were available. Whova allowed me to make a custom schedule based on what talks or groups I wanted to participate in. Whova also provided a place to post pictures and questions for different sessions, as well as interact with other attendees. Cons Whova had a lot of different components that made it overwhelming. This app is accessible, organized, and full of easy to locate information. Pros All the info was readily available. I am not into using apps, but this Whova app was super easy to navigate. All the info I needed, the reminders, the summaries were right at my fingertips. I used the app in the days leading up to the event and regularly throughout the entire event- have even referenced it since the event for follow up purposes. Whova app has helped me overcome it with the list of attendees and their comprehensive profile. The P2P messages helped me continue conversation with them and establish networks. This is a great app and I am sure everyone will like it too. Kudos to team Whova. Cons Everything was pretty smooth and decent with this app. So far, I have not experienced any issues with it. I attempted to explore and use all of the features. Using this app was so much neater than lugging around reams of paper schedules throughout the conference. It was really easy to select what agenda items that I wanted to attend. I also like the ability to take notes for each class (agenda item). Using this app was very intuitive and easy to navigate. Pros Everything that was on the PC version was on the mobile app. Whova was truly a "secretary in my pocket". Cons can't really say...the product performed well. Review Source AP Abigail P. I wish every conference I go to would use this! I loved having a one stop shop for the event. I felt connected before, during and after attending. The app was easy to use, kept me on track time wise and I always knew where to go which can be difficult in a new space. Pros Easily track what I am presenting at, where to go next, the agenda, the Q&A and ability to connect with others. Cons I'm not a social media person, so wasn't engaging in the social aspects.
