Route4Me is an easy to pick up routing and logistics tool. We utilize this daily and find it extremely valuable when cost saving.

Pros

The communication and customer service provided by Route4Me has been extremely helpful. It is a secure way to track and optimize routes.

Cons

It is extremely user friendly, allowing you to access different views through various formats. The visual aids have made a positive impact in routing operations.

I have used Route4Me and have had only positive experiences. One important call-out I would make is that, I also provide support for telematics platforms that are not affiliated with R4M, but that allow integration via an API- The only instance that I have encountered where an issue was experienced with the integration of R4M it was discovered that the issue did not originate from R4M(it rested with the other party). Despite this, I partnered with Route4Me's support team to address the issue and was able to get the problem resolved rapidly for my customer. The Route4Me technical specialist was very helpful and effective in collaborating with me to uncover the quickest path to resolving the issue at hand. AWESOME work!

Pros

The software is intuitive and easy to use. The layout is clean and clear with a user interface that has everything that is relevant and important, but is not at all cluttered. It is very convenient that the platform can be utilized standalone via the web UI, but it is even more convenient that it has the flexibility to integrate with my existing telematics/fleet management platform.

Cons

Nothing to report- it does everything that was claimed prior to onboarding, it functions well, and does even more than expected in some aspects.

Whenever I have an issue regarding a route, their customer service are always available! They answer my questions and always fix any issues and answer all my questions.

Pros

I like how I can track the driver and see what routes were on time and see long they were at the site.

Cons

I do not have issues with route4me, I would only recommend being able to open up multiple routes at a time.

My overall experience is great. I've seen tremendous changes since I started working with R4M. All changes have made the experience better one way or another.

Pros

I really like how Route4Me makes routing simple yet effective with its almost step-by-step process for completing a route, making it very user-friendly. I enjoy using the Routes Map feature, which allows me to click and drag stops from route to route, saving me a lot of time. This feature is particularly helpful for viewing split routes as a single one, making it easier to optimize them. I value how Route4Me helps optimize routes to their full potential, ensuring no drive time is wasted. It also effectively stores information, like pictures and notes per customer, which is useful for keeping records. The initial setup is simple and user-friendly.

Cons

The Route4Me In-App Navigation still needs improvement as it's not always accurate. My team has to use a 3rd party Map app because of this.

It has been pretty good. Support has been able to help and answer my questions every time. The ease of the features has been let stressful.

Pros

I love that it tracks my drivers and has custom fields to import my information. Shares where to find it and is patient.

Cons

I do not like that I can not transport colors to the app and I can not get the stops bulk completed for the driving portion of my team.

Moderne Rug Cleaning has been using Route4Me since 2014, when I stumbled across the app in the app store. It was a very cool find for us at the time, trying to simplify routing and route management. Over the years thing have only improved, this does come with the cost of doing business, and as a very small business the cost increases at times have been a little hard to swallow. That being said \[sensitive content hidden\] our customer rep, understands who we are and what we do and what are needs are and really tries to, at least in our case, look at what works best for the company and us the customer. I also do not feel like a am a number to them. For the most part I have a chat with \[sensitive content hidden\] once a year to check in an d discuss the upcoming year, but I know that if something should come up, \[sensitive content hidden\] is just an email away. In summary we will continue our partnership with Route4Me because it just work for us.

Pros

One of the biggest reasons we continue with Route4Me is that they have taken an easy to use platform for route creation and combine it with driver tracking and customer notifications and great customer service.

Cons

The only con for us using Route4Me is the cost. That being said, I am a very small business, we only utilize abut half of the capabilities offered on the platform, this is our choices of course. From the stand point of what the platform has to offer and if I was set up differently we would be able to utilize more of what is offered and the price would not be as hard for us. Also worth noting, that \[sensitive content hidden\] and all his colleagues do their very best to work with us to make it work for us.

Been using Route4me for 6 years going on 7. value for the money we spend on it it's definitely worth it. Using it is easy and there lots of tutorials if needed. Helps a lot with organizing my delivery's no need to think about how to do the routes the site just takes over and makes it the most efficient route. The Web support is outstanding I have never had any other web support be so fast with helping resolve an issue and making it so user friendly to figure out on how to fix it. I upload 100 some stops for 1 day give the site 6 drivers and 10hours per driver route4me takes that information and throws it out there on a map and gives me the best directions, and time it's a great site.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use this app, not to mention the onsite web support that gets to you very fast and helps answer any and all questions are even willing to call your drivers to walk them through any issues they may have on the mobile app.

Cons

the only downside I have for this is it being updated quite often. but i get it things need to get upgraded but then you have to re-learn where things are on the site but like any other software it needs to be done.

Planning dynamic routes, customize it to your company needs is very useful. It was handy solving order uploads and review as well

Pros

The user experience is seamless, intuitive, and fast. Customer support responds instantly and is always prompt. You can ask any question and receive a quick solution.

Cons

RouteMe should improve the accuracy and consistency of its ETA calculations when scheduling. This would make the forward planning process more reliable.

It has been great. Use it everyday and enjoy the time it saves us. We save a lot of time by editing routes on route and not back in the office on paper at the end of the day

Pros

The support and ease of making and editing routes. I do not have to use paper routing anymore that waste a lot of time.

Cons

Sometimes we will have app crashes. It is usually not a big deal and only seems to happen during bad service areas.

Route4Me has great customer service under the premium plan and are quick to fix any issues that may come up. There software is very versatile for multiple industries.

Pros

Route4Me allows for multiple parameters to be accounted for that I haven't found in other softwares including things like hours of service, weight, etc.

Cons

The cost has increased a lot over our subscription, and the value overall for us has decreased due to this. The sales team has not allowed as much flexibility to work with us as they have in the past.
