### "Great AutoDial and Management Oversight ability"

The ability to have better management oversight and for team to make more calls.

Pros

The AutoDialer works like a charm. We can power through call lists with ease. In addition, for managers it's great because it is easy to review and listen to recordings. The format is simple so not a lot of clicks to get what you want. Just make sure you have the default rules set up BEFORE making calls.

Cons

The follow-ups need to be closely coordinated with your CRM like Salesforce to make this part effective.

Pros

Cons

I didn’t like learning curve at first. It’s not as intuitive when it comes to the initial setup.

### "Web based VOIP -Easy Setup, Requirement, and Implementation "

Pros

I would recommend calltools for small businesses with one or two callers. It is a web based tool and agents can log in with a username and password. It has the basic features for calling and standard fields to classify and manage your leads. It is cheap and ideal for part time calling. Easy setup,requirements and training , calling can start immediately . The day still ends productive, less errors compared to other web based call tool. Can see agents logged in and call status on a real time basis.

Cons

Since it is web based, the call quality depends on the internet connection. Reports are basic metrics. You can not customize the fields o be able o address certain goals or objectives of a campaign. Errors in availability mode and not receiving calls can be observed but can be addressed or solved by logging in and out. Lead status tracking and prioritization could be difficult and still need manual taking notes in excel for sales or potential leads information. Better if more than 1 agent logged in for smoother and faster call flow. If only one agent, click to call is preferable than automated. Next call wait time can take long if automated on one agent logged in thus time is not maximized and optimized.

Pros

Cons

No videos to with instructions, with clear instructions, for me I don’t like blogs and reading. I’m more visual. There’s no mobile app, so I can’t dial from my phone

I had used Call Tools almost 2 years ago. For a while I did not need to call out that much and cancelled my subscription. Coming back reminded me how good customer support was and how much it helps me to save time. \[sensitive content hidden\] at sales and \[sensitive content hidden\] at integrations have been very supportive. I especially love that during the integration with my current crm I have been able to just work with \[sensitive content hidden\]. He knew what I wanted and I did not have to explain again every time what I wanted to accomplish. He really took it seriously and made sure the things I hoped would happen were set up (as long as possible) Even things that he thought may not be able to happen, he figured out. I think he is becoming Call Tools - Go High Level expert. Very pleased with this experience. Couple years ago when I used Call Tolls I spent extra time to make sure that updates in Call Tools were updated in my crm. I took lot of time and thing were missed. After \[sensitive content hidden\] setting things up, will save time and keep things more organized. Thank you, thank you. One more thing. I never felt rushed to be done with the call. And I really liked that we were able to meet over the zoom so I could share my screen

Pros

It saves time and lets me connect with my contact who asked information in much better time

There is no weekend support. That slowed me down 2 days with starting to use Call Tools

Not much to say negative other than you should get a USB headset as bluetooth earbuds can cause connectivity issues.

it's been great, the integrations team is outstanding.

Pros

I like many things about Call Tools. For example, in real estate, I can configure a button to push a lead to my CRM or to open a real estate website, which is really helpful. I really appreciate that feature. Additionally, I like having several call disposition options as it greatly helps in managing potential clients.

Cons

It's not very intuitive at first, but I understand why that is the case. It has so many capabilities that actually help me segment people and contacts.

### "My Go to Dialer"

Calltools is a great software that my company has and will probably continue to use for many years. Hopefully, they will continue to upgrade their software so they can remain competitive.

Pros

Calltools is a great 10-line dialer that my company has been using since we started implementing cold calling. Most dialers only have 1-3 lines so Calltools being able to use up to 10 is a big bonus. We very rarely have to s support but when we do they are quick to solve any problems we may have. Their software works great and once it is set up requires minimal changes.

Cons

The software can be a bit tricky to learn how to navigate. When purchasing new numbers we often get spam numbers which cost us money. Additionally not being able to refresh numbers for more than 30 days periods at a time can make it extra work when refreshing large lists, especially if you are not using the software daily.

FANTASTIC - saved us a whole month with just few mins sitting with their support! Shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\], who made all the zigzag brain draining integrations so easy!

Pros

Integrations are one pain in our team, with calltools team just a call away, we were able to resolve a 2 weeks agony that our clients can't get with just few mins Zoom call with Calltools. They are very accommodating especially in the technical side. We haven't waited a long PROMPT on the call to get it resolved.

Cons

None so far, we have been using this for almost 3 years now

I researched the various cloud based predictive dialer companies for doing out bound calling. There is a number of companies out there, but I settled on Call Tools. The platform works perfect and I started with three stations. I am now up to 6 stations and have been real happy with their platform and overall performance. Predicative dialers can be tricky especially if you are using systems not located in the US, which I highly recommend you avoid. What really sold me on Calling Tools was that the sales guy I worked with really took the time to understand my needs and came back with some great ideas to really help with what I was trying to accomplish. There was no hard sale, which I can't say is the case for a couple of other companies I spoke to. There customer service is really great and the training was excellent. There are a lot of cool features and functionality to get your arms around, but once you do, you have a very dynamic system keeping your telemarketers or call center busy. I use their CRM as well, although you can integrate to wide number of CRM platforms on the market as I understand. I certainly like the price you pay today for getting your business up and running with these clod based platforms. Gone are the days having to invest in telecoms switches and T-1s. So you a great predictive dialing platform and your up and running with one of the best calling technology platforms for your money and you can increase your spend as you scale your business. That's the only way to go.

Pros

These cloud based platforms are awesome. you basically load your data and login to the system and the platform does its thing. It sure keeps your sales guys on the phone and off the internet.

Cons

There wasn't anything i disliked, but you really need to take the time to understand the power of the system. There is a lot of features and functionality in the system and the more you take the time to understand everything and how it works, the more you recognize how well the platform is put together

The integration team, specifically \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very responsive through email and has even been on multiple zoom calls to make sure all our needs have been met. He is the main reason we are staying with Call Tools.

I can not thing of any cons currently with this software.

Pros

The software integrates with 3rd party CRMS. The software is very easy to learn meaning the most entry level user can learn the software very quickly. The reporting and performance tracking is top tier. Call recording is easy to use and allows for easy monitoring and training. Support is available via more than one option besides phone. The software works with Mac OS.

Cons

The cost of the software for a smaller sized business can be a bit of an investment up front. The hours for technical support isn't 24 hours a day when a lot of call centers are open 24 hours a day. Its web based meaning if the call quality depends on the companies internet connection. I'd like to see lower fees per user/agent in future pricing. You have to have a minimum number of seats/agents so far smaller companies this can be a hassle. I'd like to see a better tutorial for first time users.

I have used many software for my call center business and finally settled with this for more than a year and above. It is packed with many features but the best part is that it shows the clients call number so you can verify information without bothering with additional questions. It has a very responsible reporting capabilities to real time action.

Pros

Time saving and packed with information and UI is simple.

Cons

A better management when using slow Internet connection.

I normally don't do reviews on any company but I wanted to take a moment here because this has been a long standing business relationship and the team at calltools are very good to work with. Rep always has my back whenever I have tech issues or anything else. I would definitely recommend the system to anyone as it is easy to use and gets you results!

Pros

The software is exactly what I need without extra developer options that will confuse someone like me.

Cons

I liked it all - there wasnt anything I didnt like about the system.
