It was amazing but pricey. After my promotion deal ran up I just couldn't afford what they were wanting. So I left, used a few other platforms and I kept finding my self comparing them to Sellbrite, which was not very fair because they weren't in the same league as Sellbrite but because of the cost I decided to put up with the others. Until I saw Sellbrite's pricing had gotten much better. I recently started using it again as the pricing was more favorable to me and wow what a difference it is. I don't think I will abandon it again. It's just too good. Customer support has been awesome. It still has a few bugs from time to time, but the support team always goes through it with me and I end up with resolution I expected every time. They have managed to solved any issued I had, the implementation was complicated but well guided, and it does not require much maintenance. Pros This is not the most sophisticated software but it is very simple to use, their customer service is very detailed although never live. For very little money you can manage all of your market place listings in one place with ease. If you want to, you can take time and learn to use templates and other features. Cons The fact that customer service is never live, you always have to wait at least an hour for an answer. Reasons for choosing Sellbrite Price and ease to use, plus customer service. I am looking for a solution to sync products from Woocommerce to e-commerce channels. Sellbrite is the most cost effective solution I have found. But it is more suitable for a store that creates products from Sellbrite than from Woocommerce. It will take me more time to perfect my process. Pros Easy to use, unlimited cross-platform account linking, no extra cost. Automatically sync inventory to avoid overselling. Dasboard interface detailed statistics, easy to track my business activities! Cons Although synchronizing products from many places, it is still not optimal. The customer service reps are kind and helpful. However, it took almost a month to get the system fully set up because every time I had an issue I would have to wait 24 hours or more to get a response from customer service. I found their tutorials lacking. Pros The software offers integrations with most of the marketplaces available. Adding a new marketplace and importing listings is easy. Cons When I signed up for this software, I was under the impression that they offered order management. However after spending weeks of setting up the system, I was disappointed to find that the software does not allow purchases of batch shipping labels. To purchase and print shipping labels, you have to go into each order and print one by one. Their customer service rep recommended adding a shipping service like shippingeasy or shipstation to manage orders. Had I known that you can't use the software to do batch shipping labels, I would not have sunk this much time into getting it set up. Reasons for choosing Sellbrite Sellbrite seemed to be the most reasonably priced software for inventory and order management out there that also offered all of my channels, but because it does not offer effective order management, it actually is a very expensive software just to update inventory across channels. I'm actually enjoying working on my business again, for a change. Pros I used to struggle with just listing on my eBay store, but now with Sellbrite I've been able to add an Etsy store and double my product exposure. I have less stress and fewer work hours than I did with just one store, before Sellbrite. Give it a try! Cons Etsy has a field called "Section" in their listing form that allows you to create an index that sorts like-items together and puts a "table of contents" on your store pages. Sellbrite does not have that option for Etsy and therefore it has to be entered individually for each product on the Etsy listing page. Would be nice to have it on Sellbrite. It dramatically reduced out time to post items and significantly reduced the error rate. Pros With other software we tried, you had to go into the posting and finish editing in order for the listing to be complete. After going through at least half a dozen other providers, we found nothing else compares to the ease of use reliability of SellBrite i.e. for posting to our BigCommerce and eBay sites - \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] Cons Not obvious, but best way to review your inventory is through the export process (not reports). This can be found at Settings/Export Data. A bit more robust reporting would be better too. Would never recommend. We feel the people who have/keep this 'inventory management' system are so small, it doesn't matter the issues constantly raised by numerous legitimate retailers. There are sooooo many better and MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE options out there that will actually do the job you need! Pros The concept is good (although they did not invent it). They're site is fairly easy to maneuver. Cons The company got into the game too late and is trying to buy their way to the top. We had our entire inventory doubled overnight when we did nothing; let me re-iterate that; ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Just think what that will do to your reputation when you have many many customers attempting to purchase products that aren't there. We attempted to fix their problem 2 days later; yes 2 full days later by using their instructions with a CSV file....all it did was ADD MORE INVENTORY! Their customer service responded quickly, by pointing blame elsewhere; instead of actually attempting to locate and fix the issue. Research and you'll see others have had the same issue of overselling. Extremely slooow site. CSR got my issues resolved in less than 24 hours! Pros CSR was wonderful at helping me sync my Etsy and Amazon accounts today. I had been having trouble with GoCentral and their support staff for weeks! CSR was responsive and knew exactly what to do to help me get up and running. He deserves a raise! Cons GoCentral support staff knows nothing about this product, and could not troubleshoot any issues with it, and yet they sell it. They need training on this software!
