Pros Mile tracking is ok the time tracking sometime works but I have found it’s outdated and slow. Cons Customer service is a joke. I waited 30 minutes only to be told that I needed to talk to the app group. I then waited another 30 minutes then told they would call me back and they did not. Pros It is easy to use and it uploads to the web easily and accurately. Cons Nothing that I can think of. This product makes tracking your miles quick and easy. Now I can do it for an entire month in about one minute Pros I love working with this app. It makes it very simple to log mileage And to submit it at the end of each month so that I can get paid for the mileage. I have used 3 different systems to capture mileage for expense reporting and this is by far the best and easiest one that I have used so far. Cons I do not feel there are any features missing I do on occasion have to delete my weekend mileage but I am sure that I could probably turn that off , but even still I'm able to delete the whole day with 2 clicks Review Source JC Jack C. Pros I use Motus website virtually daily to update my driving history for the work day and I treat it as an important reminder to follow up on those visits whether its calling the customer, scheduling another visit or the final installation, etc. Cons I haven't really played with the mobile app since the very beginning because I don't particularly care for the level of tracking this allows my office to know my every whereabouts all the time. Pros I like that it tracks my milage and keeps a daily and monthly history. Cons I think although this is mostly accurate in tracking, logging and calculating trips.It doesn't always capture every trip and stop. Cons Mandatory to keep it tracking on "Always"... Messages from phone that Motus has tracked me 76 times in past 2 days, 3 days, etc. while I am not working, and the app is not on. Drains battery. OR you must go into the settings for the app when finished with your day and turn off tracking.
