The Customer Support is outstanding and I felt they were always there to help, thank you so much to \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team. The app is user friendly in general and has many features.

Cons

Few limitations for scheduling meetings within the app. We only had the app and it felt a bit complicated for all our information to be uploaded and to make changes - this may be different if you hire the whole suite.

The overall experience with vFairs was very positive. The vFairs team was responsive and supportive throughout.

Pros

The support of the project manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], and his team made the planning and activation of our conference registration process very successful. The Massachusetts Coalition for Adult Education NETWORK 2026 registration portal through VFairs worked well for the committee and the attendees.

Cons

There was no downside to working with vFairs on this project. The design for our project was somewhat complicated. The team worked with us to address any issues as they came up.

Pros

My Project Manager,\[sensitive content hidden\] , was highly supportive, collaborative and a problem-solver! She really turned up for us throughout our events' setup.

Cons

The backend was too complicated - if you are not a developer or a coder it can get really overwhelming

Overall, it was very pleasant. I felt like everyone, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful and made it an easy process.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was awesome! She was very quick to respond, troubleshoot and provide resolutions or answers. It was a great way for us to manage our event, Hanger LIVE Virtual.

Cons

The only thing I didn't love was when I was building the booths and adding graphics, it was difficult to get them to fit properly in the template "squares". I am not sure if I need to know the exact sizes so they fit better next time or if there is a different way to upload them so they fit better. But the ones that fit did look really good! I made it work and at the end of the day everyone was happy with how they looked. And \[sensitive content hidden\] made it easy to set up all of our exhibitor booths and showed me how to do it in advance, and helped us to gather info from the exhibitors.

Very good custoemr service, always on it and came back with quick responses and solutions to any issues we faced.

Pros

The quick customer service and value for money. Our client doesn't liek to spend loads on platforms as they are a charity so this works really well.

Cons

Having to make changes through people and not being able to go in and change it myself. would be good to be able to make small changes.

They met with me timely. We hit the goals within the timeframe that I needed. They were enjoyable to work with. Great Team.

Pros

Staff at V-Fairs was amazing to work with. The application is straightforward and makes it easy for customers to understand the final product.

Cons

The abilities are endless, so you don't always know what vfairs is capable of, so think outside the box.

Pros

value for money and our customer liason was great to deal with Mobile app is slick and easy for pre-event registration

Cons

lack of integration with our systems Reporting is clunky and sometimes difficult to go back and retrieve
