It even has a compare feature with another brand from any industry not just your niche. It's very useful to track your brand identity from A-Z. Cons I think, the fact that it need you to pay for premium plan if you want to see your brand mentioned from Twitter. Pros Lo que más me gusta de Brabnd24 es la posibilidad de, mediante el tracking de palabras claves, poder saber lo que dicen cuando incluyen esas palabras. La facilidad para poder exportar reportes en pdf y presentarlos es simplemente poderoso. Esto sin contar la posibilidad de configurar alertas de lo que necesitas para no perder tiempo en revisar una por una. Cons Algo que no me ha gustado del todo es la posibilidad de tener notificaciones con filtros por países o cosas en específico, he probado a configurarlas pero no me lo ha permitido. I like the onboarding process and the easiness of use. I didn't love the post sale service as I thought it wasn't as warm yet it was effective. The product in itself has limits and they are not obvious or clear on the main website. I'm sure it's somewhere in the help section... but the speed of the tracking and notification and the fact that the system does't read some news sources or reads them but only when certain conditions are met, are two things that a scared and panicked client because of its reputation issues needs. Cons Maybe the fact you pay once off and not monthly - those of us from regions with lower exchange rates feel the cost. But I understand it is the industry norm and a security for the business. Most PR monitoring tools are super expensive and don't deliver. For a start-up, Brand24 is exactly what we wanted. Cons We are totally with the product so far, have nothing negative to say.
