I am happy with the results. What made the real difference was the support from my Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\]. She met with me twice and walked me through the platform step by step. Without her guidance, I would not have used anywhere near the full capability of Brand24. She listened carefully to why I was doing the research and what I planned to do with it, and she tailored her advice to that purpose. She also gave me practical, ready-to-use prompts that helped me get more from my data and turn it into something I could use. It felt like she cared about the quality of my results, not just about onboarding me, and she was very responsive whenever I had a question. I would recommend Brand24 to anyone, and I would especially recommend making use of the Customer Success team. Especially press mentions, which is very helpful. Cons The keywords limitation – I think for such a big price there could be more keywords.
