Pros What I value most about Brand24 is its incredible ability to "make the invisible visible" across dozens of small local communities in Poland. As an organization running the "Równać Szanse" program, we monitor youth projects in very small towns where traditional media monitoring often fails. The demo was good and we were able to get started within a few days. Pros It has exactly what we need in a tool (some other tools are too elaborate and therefore expensive) and it was very quick to get started. It's easy to set up the keywords and make projects within the tool. Cons We got a lot of automatic sales emails in the beginning. Even after we already became a customer. We informed them about it and then it was fixed though.
