Pros Cloud-based system with public-facing calendar views, detailed booking life-cycle tracking, customizable templates/forms for proposals, contracts, images, and an array of attachments. The customization process was extremely well-supported, with special functionality added for our specific needs. The company stands behind this product, answers every question as soon as possible, and worked with us directly, day and night, whenever there were questions. They really stood behind the system in order to make it great for us. Cons lack of high-strength password protection on the client portal led our IT security to limit our use; but every other feature that was deficient or lacking for us was reviewed and added to the system! Amazing! Staff are experiencing a learning curve, but they have never used a booking software system before, and all things considered, is not as complicated as many of the competitors we reviewed. Reasons for choosing Event Booking Engines Most systems too much for what we need and too expensive based on billing model - a great deal of our venues are given to the public for free, so volume or #of events-based pricing model can't work for us. several other products could not give us public-facing calendar that we didn't have to customize or pay additional plug-ins for.
