CareerBuilder is a great software that allows me to search for an occupation in my area or remote. In addition, uploading a resume is easy to do even if your inexperienced.

Cons

So far I have not found any cons in using the software.

Recently started using it , so far all is working smoothly but am not sure for your size how much it is needed.

Pros

The program allows us to track prospective employees completely from start to finish.

Cons

We use it as a guide in our employee search, it seems we have to input a lot of information to get results , so it is a bit time consuming.

Sometimes too many options are available when searching for company needs.

Pros

The best feature about Talentstream recruit is the track metrics which focus in on the success of campaign efforts on any given role. On the opposite side for applicants, it cuts down greatly on application process which incentives more candidates to apply! This has allowed me to better tailor my search and receive a greater talent pool.

Cons

Perhaps expand further into gaming sector specifically. I feel this would greatly help my target audience. Typically, I emphasize technologies to find candidates in gaming.

Amazing app to use to track your applications and the status of them and let's u know what's going on with them.

Pros

This is an amazing app to use it literally helps u track the status of your applications u fill out through their yes they have a job sight to that goes with this through thier sight and let's u know what's going on with it if your application was viewed or not and the status of your application is pending approval or not amazing app in my opinion u got a good rating from me.

Cons

No issues so I'm not saying that I didn't dislike anything about it when I loved the app.

Pros

This being an older program means that more people are aware of it. This means there are more job postings and applicants than other websites/software, etc.

Cons

The overall look. Give it a revamp/redesign: make it more attractive and user-friendly. The first approval is always given by the eyes, no matter how the content may be.

Pros

I liked the user friendly access career builder applicant tracking had. It was simple to use and made applicant tracking an easy process.

Cons

It was not easy to originally implement this software into our company use. It is not a simple process to switch over to this software from another.

Add my own qualification questions, description to what the job duties, my own email much more. Love that I can view resumes from 2 months ago an call that person for interview.

Cons

Nothing I can think of it just take time to het use to all the feedback.
