I do not think posting on this site reached as many potential applicants. This site is not as popular in job search than others.

The software is user friendly which enables many candidates to apply to open job postings.

Cons

The software is not that user friendly for recruiters. It is hard to easily come up with refined lists of recent candidates when searching by functional job role.

It has been a good experience. Starting off with the above-mentioned irritation but made a very impressive turn-around.

Pros

CareerBuilder popped up, like many of the job search apps do, as I was looking for applicable jobs. I went ahead and signed up, built a filter and put the app to work. Wow! Some of the most appropriate open jobs begin coming into my search. Such so that I now consider CareerBuilder to be one of my "go-to" resources.

Cons

I originally didn't like that it just popped up when I clicked on a job for a specific company. I don't like this with any of the job search apps. This one turned out okay but I still don't like it when this happens.

This software works well when I have a very niche need to fill.

Cons

A lot of the resumes in the database are quite outdated and dusty. We have not seen high quality applicants to our job postings through the platform either.

Pros

Career builder Application tracking is best for getting the best resumes/ candidates in bulk for the recruitment. Also the CB edge feature is fantastic in it that can even able to provide the email of the passive candidates.

Cons

Sometimes, it provides 2-3 profiles of the same candidates in different locations. So that should be merged and only the updated profiles must be shown while searching for the profile.

We post our open positions to the site and search candidates and track/manage applications. It is very user friendly and the interface is a lot easier than some other sites that we have used.

Cons

There aren't any features that I can think of that I have used and perceive as a con.

It is easy to use CareerBuilder from the start to posting jobs. Many of their extras are easy to add.

Cons

There isn’t anything new or original with CareerBuilder. Could lead to going with a lower priced service.

Pros

Able to search nationwide for candidates and able to contact them via email or phone. You are able to creat folders and keep notes on candidates. Rating is also easy to keep your team on the loop.

Cons

Many profiles are outdated, it seems like careerbuilder is phasing out like myspace did and its not facebook. Careerbuilder would need to step up in being more creative and making the website more appealing and user friendly.
