The company is always striving to improve and stay ahead of emerging trends and advancements in technology. Pros AQEM module includes features to make it possible to customize quality event workflows improve usability for end users. Two of those organizations only as a super-user, and my current organization as part of the implementation team. Pros AQEM is a huge step forward in a fit-for-purpose eQMS and having Insights as a real-time data analytics tool is a great addition. Pros Master control offers a comprehensive solution for all of your quality compliance needs. In addition to being an industry leader, they also offer excellent customer support and collaboration on any of your document management or quality management needs. Cons And users do find the quality excellence tool to be cumbersome, and there is a large training burden for general of you only users as well as end user maintenance for errors and access. The staff was amazing and the content was even better. I love the fact that we were given new insight into new opportunities and rollouts for the company. Pros The Qx Solution for MasterControl was very helpful by providing very extensive tips and tricks from a SysAdmin standpoint. Hands-on environment Cons There were no paperback copies of the materials that we went over during the Qx Excellence portion of the conference. I prefer hands on participation. I think MasterControl is really striving for high compliance and is always intaking customer feedback for improvement. Pros The Qx platform is great at maintaining strong compliance - particularly for Document Control and Training. We would reccomend this a lot. Pros We really like how it puts everything together. We like being able to see different metrics on things. Cons There really is not anything that we dislike. The most helpful use-case for AQEM has been setting up workflows for CAPA, deviations, SCARs, and even the rework process. The ease of use for creating workflows is truly excellent. It’s important to escalate issues to MC, if we don’t give feed back the issues can’t be fixed. Pros Customer Support is always very helpful and support tickets are addressed in a timely manner. User friendly. Documents are readily available and easy to track revisions. The collaboration step does seem to confuse some new users however gets easier with time. The compliance piece helps keep everything organized and documentation available during audits. Cons It’s a work in progress and can sometime have some glitches, this is normal in my opinion. Pros I love building workflows, easy document management, and automated training management hubs. It is taking a lot of paper being wasted and having documents easier to find and in one place. Cons I would say AQEM needs a tad more work but I absolutely love how easier it will be for electronic forms once they fix some humps.
