In light of the preceding requirements, we discover that racklet are capable of assisting us in achieving our goals. The certificate is one of the things we'll need to make, and it will help us a lot to make sure that our organization runs smoothly. The developers working on this platform are quite approachable and well-versed in the requirements of our firm. Their understanding of our organization's needs, as well as their eagerness and willingness to help us reach our goals, is a big deal. There is always the chance to check with the team and ask that a feature be added to your account if one isn't already there. It is possible that this platform will provide us with many additional functionalities that we have not yet completely explored. Cons What I liked least about Raklet is that some features are limited in terms of usage or restricted to specific subscription plans. I would never recommend Raklet to other associations looking. Pros Creating an event is simple. I don't have anything beyond that. Cons We've had Raklet for a few years and the primary reason we joined is to help us monitor membership data. This tool is far from helpful. Membership information wasn't accurate. Members could join without submitting a payment method so we would need to take extra time to follow up. Members who needed to renew would sometimes get reminder emails and some would not. Some would get reminders when no balance due. It caused a lot of frustration from our members resulting in a lot of extra time on our end. The member experience caused a poor reflection on us. The text messaging system is worthless. I would pay to be able to do this and they would never reach our members. Additionally, the customer support is horrible. Members of my team would reach out and never hear back. It wasn't until I said we were canceling our account that we received regular responses. It was a bad experience and we've since found a better solution. As the founder, I personally supported them throughout. We voided the final invoice, enforced no annual contract, and provided multiple options to help. Though on a discounted nonprofit plan, they received priority-level support with replies under 24 hours. The issues mentioned were due to configuration, not bugs, and we helped resolve each one. For SMS, we explained Twilio’s new U.S. delivery requirement, which was never completed. After cancellation, we suggested a short-term reactivation to safely recover data — including contacts, emails, and payment records. I followed up several times over the next few weeks offering help and encouraging them to update this review. It remained unchanged, and unfortunately, feels more intended to harm than to reflect the full experience. Don’t be like Shana. Life is too short. JB Joe B. Learning curve has been pretty smooth and customer service is always super helpful. Pros Raklet is a platform that offers great value for the money. we have been able to automate some of the most tedious work we do and we are more than happy for this. We are now able to put membership management in the hands of our members. We just started using the events function but so far so good. We think this lsst part will help us a lot. We wanted to avoid the complexity of a larger AMS, which would have had 70% functionality we never would have utilized. Raklet is the right size, definitely the right price, and we got >90% of the functionality we needed. Pros It gives an answer to most of the administrative and other kind of needs of our Cultural No Profit Association. The founders of Raklet have been and are open to our requests and we found a very positive collaborative dialogue with them. Cons At the moment - I do not understand how I can get the complete list of all the anagraphical, fiscal and administrative data related to all members (this is our most important administrative need). For each member we need to show: Name, Second Name, Italian Fiscal Code, date of request and date of acceptance of the Association, address and email or telephon number, if he is Active or not. If we receive a Fiscal Visit we have to present easily the complete list of all these data of all our members. - Raklet does not still allow to keep a register of Contacts of Persons that are not yet MEMBERS. Therefore we cannot envoy Newsletter to them, nor envoy promotional messages or Invites. - The graphic possibilities of Newsletters might be potentiated. - It might be good to let New Members of our Association to read Italianinformations about Raklet and few but clear instruction about its use. - It might be developped the use of Raklet as Social Network of Members. - It might be developped the use of SMS for the payment of the fees!
