Pros Businessmap is as simple or complex as you want to make it. There is a tonne of functionality that makes the experience of using Businessmap both challenging and enjoyable in equal measures. The Team at Businessmap seem to have thought of everything. Every month they come with new functionality and improvements. Their support Team's response time is faster than any I have experienced with any other company. Nothing is too much trouble and so far, they have provided the solution to my query, right first time 100%. Businessmap have been extremely helpful in all areas from product development, training, queries & problem resolution. Their response time is phenomenal and in the large majority of the 100s of tickets raised, will also include a full solution, workarounds or a future plan to adapt to requests. Pros The speed of responses for support are measured in minutes which can include both step by step instructions, bespoke alterations to software mechanisms, or fixes. The tool they provide is top of the class and the preferred choice in Rolls-Royce. Cons I'm genuinely yet to find a fault worthy to report about Businessmap.
