Pros

Ease of use in the field. Also for organization of inspections and services completed.

Cons

The tiny boxes where inspectors fill out deficiencies !

It has been a bit trying. I don't get answers to my questions in a timely manner. Items we need as a whole industry are met with a "we don't offer that feature at this time and will share feedback" instead of actually taking our feedback and improving the software. I would appreciate someone reaching out to review all the issues we are having and come up with a plan to improve the ease of use for every business that uses inspect point.

Pros

The invoicing and proposal features. Everything else has restrictions.

Cons

The inspection series ease of use, report access, report information, Excel sheets, etc...Why can't I run a client list or full building report, sales tax report, invoice report for all invoices not just paid invoices. It doesn't make sense.

I enjoy my monthly zoom meeting where i get to sit back and enjoy my coffee for an hour

Pros

I love all the in-depth details they get into for new features

Cons

I would like to see more features to the calendar when it comes to series/future due inspections. so they are not on the active calendar where they can be like a side note of building names that are due each month. some customers shop around I hate having idle pending on my calendar that linger

None of the company listed in your drop boxes but we've looked at other inspection apps we like that when we return for an inspection the info is there. there are some sections under alarm device we shouldnt have to input every time. its not like the panel bounces around the building. it should only change if theres a verification

Pros

Ease of use, customization and flow from inspection to proposal.

Cons

Backflow reports not being customizable. Work order phots not saving to the building photos and not being able to transfer to another workorder. Proposals not being able to be made off of workorders

It was not great. The training and onboarding were terrible, and there was not much help in understanding how to make the product work best for our business.

Pros

Helps keep all parts of the work order/ inspection process.

Cons

You have to jump through all the hoops on the back end. The process is so long.
