Oneflow

Oneflow Overview:

### Key takeaways

Insights from verified Capterra reviews

Oneflow helps small businesses manage contracts with fast digital signing, reusable templates, and CRM-linked workflows. It’s most used by sales, admin, and IT teams in telecom and software services. Reviewers highlight mobile-friendly signing and multi-party approval flows. However, some cite limitations with team collaboration and document storage. Recent updates include AI-powered contract review and post-signing redirect options.

### Our verdict

Oneflow suits teams that prioritize speed and structure in contract workflows. Its template-driven setup and CRM integrations reduce friction in daily operations. Buyers should weigh trade-offs like limited collaboration depth and formatting quirks. For SMBs focused on fast approvals and centralized control, the platform offers a practical balance of automation and usability.

It seems like a robust product with very little issues. Very reliable.

Pros

As a developer I work mostly with OneFlow via the API and have been for a few years. The fast, reliable and flexible API is great to work with.

Cons

I found some product extensions (like fields for merging data) still lacking some functionality, I think. But for most cases it's quite adequate.

Very good and easy to navigate around in the system.

Pros

Very easy and intuitive to keep track of contracts in the system.

Cons

When you reach for contracts, you should be able to select "only active contracts", so you dont see the ones that are expired. It would be nice to bette be able to group contracts from the same customer together (the "connect" function is not the best)
