Pros The RFPIO team willing to add features for our particular needs! The ease in starting a new project and being able to complete it quickly with the help of the database. Love the reporting capabilities. Glad to have the discussion section for documenting conversations. Cons I think it would be most helpful to have tutorial training videos in the self help center. Wish we could save attachments that could be opened within the discussion section. Having great software is really important, but it's equally as important to have a solid support system, too. We're thrilled with RFPIO's top-notch customer service. Two of the representatives always go above and beyond to help us whenever we need it. I can't say enough great things about this company! Pros RFPIO has helped my team knockout RFIs and RFPs much more quickly and efficiently. Cons While there is a slight learning curve with the software, it's only because RFPIO provides users with such a feature-rich user interface, allowing them to respond to RFIs and RFPs more effectively. August 24, 2017 5.0 We are just coming out of the pilot phase, but expect this to significantly decrease our turnaround time for responding to a request. Additionally, we see this software making collaboration and review much more accurate and convenient. Pros RFPIO had some very unique capabilities when we first reviewed it, importing RFP's from a variety of sources was a real differentiator. The pricing model based on active RFP's rather than concurrent users fit our decentralized model perfectly. Cons We were coming from a home grown process and have had to rethink how we manage the RFP's. There were some usability issues, but in the pilot process RFPIO addressed all our requests rapidly and professionally. May 14, 2019 4.0 Anytime I needed help with the software our customer support agent was always there and did a terrific job bring me and my team up to speed. Pros The ease of use and the support you provide. The team at RFPIO is really helpful. We had some difficulties importing data into Salesforce but the RFPIO engineers did a terrific job and had us working with the reports in no time. Cons We initially ran into issues with having too much information in the system. As we've matured and refined the volume of options, we've become more effective. I think we underestimated the benefit of this tool! Pros The software is very intuitive and can be on-boarded with limited training. Used the software for: ### "RFPIO is a great tool for streamlining the RFP response process" December 1, 2016 5.0 I was tasked with researching an RFP automation solution for Routeware. I participated in several product demos and trials for 6 different solutions. What made RFPIO stand out was their functionality and user interface. Salesforce is highly intergrated in my companies processes and having an RFPIO to Salesforce integration was a huge advantage. The dashboards effectively outline exactly where you are with a project and which users are responsible for which sections. The ability to delegate to other users or guests cuts down on emails and multiple external documents. I have been very impressed with their customer service. I've worked extensively with Ganesh and Mitchell and they have been very receptive to my questions and comments. When I had an idea for new functionality, they not only took it under consideration, they quickly rolled it out in an update. It has made responding to RFP's far more streamlined and efficient. Pros The customer service included with the tool is fantastic. They were always easy to get a hold of and were willing to help. Cons While the product definitely made answering questions far easier, I didn't like that the NLP only looked for key words. In my industry, the responses to questions are quite complicated so I couldn't just choose a question and then find the response. Partner & Managing Director Financial Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "RFPIO Transforms Our RFP Submission Process" September 26, 2016 5.0 I recently completed a trial for RFPIO and licensed the product after completing 2 RFP submissions. RFPIO has benefitted our business in several important ways. First, it's decreased the RFP completion time from 20-40 hours to less than 5 hours which is a huge time savings. Second, the library feature has also provided an extensive, easily searchable repository of previous answers that streamlines the process of finding information and not "recreating the wheel". Third, it's allowed me to start involving other members of my team who can find information without relying on me to remember where to find old answers that might be relevant. Lastly, it's been really helpful to be able to track the completion process and know how far along we are with the submission and any questions that may still be outstanding. Also, the customer support, especially during the trial was exceptional. From a time perspective alone, I've already achieved a positive ROI. I'd highly recommend the guys and their product. Pros Very user friendly UX. The answers library is a great tool even without doing RFPs or response projects. Just to have it as a Q&A repository that can be easily mined. Cons The upload process is a bit difficult to get used to but no other provider has figured out an easy way to this. Once you get used to it, it becomes easier and easier.
