It does not show the exact contact information of the prime user. All of the information regarding meetings etc, gets placed into my CRM automatically, no additional steps required. It prevents me from being double booked while I am away from the office. The workshops are kept organized even though the mobile version of the software has some weird design choices. Pros The Google Calendar syncing finally works. It sends out the Zoom meeting links and they mostly work (which is a miracle). I am just glad that I do not have to hand enter every invitation anymore. Cons I do not like that it does not allow easy management of multiple separate business accounts under one account profile without going crazy. It is far better than that last piece of software I used which caused me to merge two different clients together by accident because both client names were the same. This caused quite the circus.
