Overall its being really good, I work in an audit firm and we have to give out requirement lists of our clients for audits, previously we use to do it on emails and it was hard to keep track at times, plus you end missing emails specially when there are too many coming in, suralink has helped me organized things really effectively.

Pros

Keeps things organized when communicating with client. Categorization helps classify things easily Allows me the option to reject document provided by client which does not meet my requirements. Notifications helps keep track of activity. Is easy to use, not only for us but also for our clients.

Cons

Times out too quickly. have to keep login in again and again The notification bar on the top of the screen displays everything, for example I more mostly interested in seeing the comments client has made against the requirements but notification would also show if they have downloaded a file or if one of my colleague downloads a file. Might be worth separating notifications by category

Pros

I like Suralink alot. You can watch the tutorial video that Suralink provides. It is easy to follow but tell you a lot of beneficial points. Suralink is very easy to use for me and also for clients. I usually send an email with a short description of the site and an description of how to use to clients, and it seems that they don't have any problem setting up their accounts and save the documents..

Cons

I can't think of any. One thing i would like to see is this. Currently only paid user can change the request status. It would be helpful if a free user can also change the status color.

Suralink helps with the lack of communication by the client - we get an idea of when they are working on items as we get notifications and we can tell when they last logged in.

Pros

Ease of access, the drag-and-drop feature which makes everything smooth, being able to assign requests to a specific client personnel.

Cons

No option to add a priority level for the requests (one workaround we use is the due dates, but to be able to set priority level for the requests would be a plus)

Provides a platform that everyone on the team can have a central location to request and download support. The worst this is when you ask the client for something that your co worker already has on their computer

Cons

You have to save files to your computer to upload to the site

Pros

Very user friendly and saves SO much time managing request lists and open items with the client. I couldn't go back to manually managing all of it the way our firm was before. I've also used a Big 4's internally developed request management tool, and Suralink's is more user friendly.

Cons

I wish you could reorganize the categories after creating the request list, so they can be reordered like the financial statements.

Great overall experience with Suralink. It is a great product to keep your documents organized. Our staff members and our clients can easily see what documents they sent us. This is much better than having to go through our files to figure it out.

Pros

Suralink is very easy to learn and easy to use. All the documents can be found in one place and provides efficient way to communicate with clients.

Cons

Having to teach clients how to use it. But even that was not difficult.

Pros

The ability to maintain document records as well as communication trails pertaining to those records.

Cons

Labels such as "client" and "firm" are not applicable to our business and cannot be changed. So, we work around that fact.

I have enjoyed my overall experience as it has made my job more simplified and organized. It is secure and safe to use and I don't lose files in the myriad of emails I receive everyday.

Pros

It keeps all the files the client has uploaded in one place for the whole team. It helps files and responses not get lost in one person's email. Client's like the security, I like how it is user friendly.

Cons

At the moment, I am very satisfied and can think of no cons.

Pros

Ease of use for client and staff. Very organized system.

Cons

There is not much clients can do if they feel they need to upload something that wasn't listed. No ability to create their owns tabs.

Suralink has made requesting and receiving of large data files, easy, organized, user friendly and convenient with the ability to restrict access only to specific people in the same request setup. It has made a real difference to all in the public accounting industry.

Pros

The ability to transfer and receive files too large for email, combined with the ability to limit access to specific persons. It is also super convenient that clients can drag requested files specifically to each request.

Cons

There is very little to dislike. Since we started using it, PBC requests have been a total game changer compared to prior products.

We are hosting our "PBC" listings real-time online where both parties are able to log in and view what is outstanding.

Pros

I love the ease of use of this product. You able able to organize your document request list with group names and subgroup name and when you export the files, they save in this same order on your desktop.

Cons

It can be a bit tricky when you are trying to limit access to certain users on different requests/listings.

It makes things real easy to communicate and keep track of what information is needed to complete the audit.

Cons

I wish clients were able to keep track of what items were still outstanding more on their own. It is ultimately up to us to make sure they are uploading support but if there was a feature to help them self manage, that would be nice. Maybe a way to prioritize certain requests over others

Fantastic! It is such a helpful device to use and it gives us and the clients a safe feeling knowing that we can transfer information securely.

Pros

I like how easy it is to share secure information between the client and the firm. It allows the client to feel safe and allows us to do our jobs as easily as possible.

Cons

So far, I have not run into anything that I do not like about the software. It is incredibly easy to set up and use!

Suralink in an integral part of what we do at our firm. We need a secure way to receive needed documents to perform our testing, which Suralink kindly provides. The software is simple to understand and use. I have no complaints.

Pros

All of my clients are easily accessible and organized. It's easy to make requests and/or comments and it's easy to see which items have been fulfilled or not.

Cons

I can't think of any major cons. The software runs smoothly and is very user friendly. I haven't even been using it that long and I understand how to do what I need.

It does help us get the data from the client in an orderly manner which is the biggest benefit.

Pros

Ability to make requests so that clients can upload information to us that is organized.

Cons

The software is to rigid. If a request got inserted in the wrong category, you can't just drag & drop it into the proper section. You can't see in one place everything the client uploaded. You have to go to each section to see what was uploaded to that request. If you insert something into a category, it doesn't renumber them or ask if you want to renumber. You have to go to the menu and select renumber. There should be a way to send requests & receive files from clients securely via Outlook so the client doesn't have to login to send us 1 or 2 files.

Pretty nice. Have had plenty of positive comments about Suralink being very convenient for them to track their progress on how many more documents are needed. Some even mentioned that it is like a game, and they want to hit 100% of the targets as green.

Pros

Tracking of documents requests and document upload dates. The fact that there is a record of who uploaded what files on what date is very convenient for being able to identify which ones are incorrect.

Cons

Set-up work required for it. As well as some clients not understanding all the additional aspects of Suralink like expiry dates, request sections, being able to filter downloads, etc. It makes it more difficult to communicate in detail what you are requesting, as they will not understand how to find all that information.
