We can eliminate the need for barrages of emails for open items. Pros I love how this software allows for a more effective and simple communication method between us and our clients. Cons The interface can be a bit clunky at times. The notifications center could be improved by reducing the size of certain notifications and highlighting other notifications (like client comments). Pros I like the fact that you can gather all the documents you need in order to get what you need done. Also, when clients have to put in more info that we request it makes it much easier to get the documents you need. Cons Maybe a better search function to better find specific documents or clients. Pros I like that it is a very secure way of exchanging information with clients. Cons It is not very user friendly when you first start using it. Cons Rolling forward and editing large engagements can be time-consuming when there are significant changes. I would like to see the ability to automatically number items or make edits en masse. Cons Software is not very user friendly and there is a lot going on. I had a client call and ask how to access folders. Can be very overwhelming for first time users. It is easy to use the various features, and the software seems intuitive. Cons It seems like there is no feature available for files that may not necessarily be organized by request or category.
