Rapidez nos processos e flexibilidade de setups, poder fazer configurações específicas de motoristas e de destinatários é muito importante

Pros

O Drivin nos proporciona uma rápida integração de informações, praticamente nunca fica indisponível, o que é ótimo para nosso negócio que roda 24h. A plataforma responde rápido aos comandos.

Cons

Falta de um log para auditoria, não há rastreabilidade de qual usuário editou ou excluiu algum processo ou informação. Planos presos na edição de usuários.

Easy to learn, a lot of features a the team behind it is always ready to answer any questions or overall use of the platform

Easy to use, very intuitive and a lot of custom features to make the platform in line with our business

Cons

Sometimes the web page get a lot of traffic and the loading times increase, especially during the first hour's in the morning

Ha sido impresionante el cambio operacional y administrativo, ademas de evitar cuestionamientos ya que genera respaldos muy certeros, nos sentimos mas profesionales, serios, ordenados y sobretodo muy seguros trabajando distintas áreas del negocio unidos en algunos procesos por esta plataforma.

Pros

El orden que ahora le dá a nuestros procesos, la excelente visibilidad de la flota en tiempo real, los respaldos de los documentos, y sobretodo lo personalizado hacia nuestras operaciones junto con la excelencia en servició que Dora nos entrega cada vez que la hemos necesitado.

Cons

Que a veces estan los puntos cerca uno de otro pero manda al camion a otro lugar mas lejano dandole prioridad al horario, pero se puede detectar si el conductor va con los ojos abiertos y ve el mapa general de los puntos alrededor, lo puede correjir

es muy buena experiencia en general, es una plataforma solida, que no se cae, que tiene contemplado múltiples funcionalidades y que permite al usuario poder configurar sin necesidad de contactar a drivin.

Pros

Que puedo llevar el control de la flotilla propia en tiempo real, con notificaciones proactivas a los clientes que permite darle la seguridad de que le llegara el pedido y en que tiempo. Mejorando sustancialmente la experiencia de los clientes

Cons

tengo 4 paises, y no puedo ver a todos juntos, ni siquiera en un solo pais, puedo ver a toda mi flotilla junta, es decir en monitoreo en tiempo real, poder seleccionar los vehiculos y ver las rutas una encima de la otra y donde se encuentran sus vehiculos, eso daria mas control al usuario el otro punto de mejora que les diria es el chat de servicio, no es tan bueno en las soluciones

Muy satisfactorio, llevo poco tiempo pero tambien la atención de mi ejecutiva es de verdad de 10, siempre me atiende y ese fue un factor determinante en la contratación.

Es una aplicación super dinámica, amigable y muy sencilla de usar. Todos sus modulos estar muy bien organizados

Cons

No me agrada mucho el modulo de "monitoreo de flota" porque no se ve muy bien las líneas como el mapeo por donde esta yendo la ruta

Trabajamos con Driv.in hace bastantes años, siempre teniendo buena experiencia y a cualquier problema nos ofrecen una solución rápida, solo que no aprovechamos al máximo sus funciones

Pros

Es fácil de usar, rápido e intuitivo, adema que tiene muy buen soporte en línea que resuelven las dudas rápido y preciso

Cons

Hay algunas funciones de driv.in que es mas complicado integrarlas, y por esto a veces no se le saca el máximo provecho al software. Además que hay algunas funciones muy útiles, pero que se deben pagar extra
