overall good, once I realized what was going amiss with document access for clients. Elation needs to get on the IOS bandwagon - a large segment of the population uses it as their sole means of internet access.

Pros

I like the ability to communicate privately and securely between multiple practitioners and clients.

Cons

Does not interface 100% with IOS, so when clients are using an iPad or an iPhone to interact, they cannot receive documents from their provider.

POOR support. No follow-up, no response to support emails I sent 17 days ago. I still have not even received an acknowledgement or response. It appears they are very understaffed based on response times

Pros

Ease of use-but that only helps when it works! It is very sluggish once your practice grows. Sometimes taking 20-30 seconds to load a pt chart

Cons

TERRIBLE customer service, no follow-up, no response to support emails. It appears they are very understaffed based on response timed and I am very concerned they are going out of business. So i would be very cautious about starting with them at this juncture

My overall experience is that this was a good application but needs improvement and easier avenues to work through

I like the fact that you got your value for your money and there is security due to patient records.

Cons

There are several reasons why I did not like this. I felt like it was hard to navigate through and it was a learning curve

Overall, Elation is a reliable tool that helps save time with patient management, records, and billing. It has a small learning curve and is good value for money. A few areas can improve, but it’s a solid system for daily use.

Pros

Elation is easy to use and makes patient records and management simple. The layout is clean, and it doesn’t take long to learn. Billing is also smooth and organized.

Cons

Sometimes it can be slow, and a few features could be more flexible. Reports could also be easier to customize.

it is alright. The system also helps build your own dashboards, and add or hide components using page composer. It also comes with a few other features and functionalities to help with procurement, tools, and scheduled processes. It's also easy to set the role and delegate approval rights to someone else if going on a vacation.

My overall experience with Elation has been fantastic. The platform has significantly improved our clinic's workflow and efficiency.

Pros

I love how user-friendly Elation is. The charting process is streamlined, and I can easily navigate through patient records. The customizable templates and workflows have saved me so much time, allowing me to focus more on patient care. The customer support team is also super responsive and helpful.

Cons

One thing I would like to see improved is the billing module. Sometimes, I have encountered minor glitches when generating claims, which can be frustrating. However, the support team has always been able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues quickly.

Pros

Elation makes patient management and record-keeping simple and efficient. It is value for money. Security is well-handled giving confidence that sensitive patient data is safe

Cons

The initial learning curve is slightly steep, especially for people new to digital healthcare tools. The billing module feels a bit complex and could be more user-friendly. Some advanced features are harder to access wihtout proper training

Overall is has great benefits and make life much easier, with a few tweeks it could be even better of an experience.

Pros

It gives you a direct way to message your provider and ask questions. Gives information about results fast.

Cons

Everything is in a mail form. Hard to find a result from a visit in the past without sorting through a ton of messagers

Had to close my 3+ year old clinic because of their poor customer support, poor billing support, unable to get billing customer support from someone with enough knowledge and experience of the process and ended up losing my whole business because of them.

Pros

Ease of learning to use, everything is on the main page for each chart, easy to navigate. Not much else

Cons

Customer support, unable to speak with a person when you have an urgent need. Have stepped into the billing “world” and they absolutely shouldn’t have.

This was the biggest mistake I have made as a business owner. Customer service is non existent and a complete joke

Pros

It felt easy and intuitive and the price felt nice. This was a too good to be true situation. Bait and switch. Look elsewhere.

Cons

clunky, repetitive, inconsistent, customer service is by email only, patients HATE the portal, messaging is all over the place. Onboarding was a nightmare.
