Elation needs to get on the IOS bandwagon - a large segment of the population uses it as their sole means of internet access. Pros I like the ability to communicate privately and securely between multiple practitioners and clients. Cons Does not interface 100% with IOS, so when clients are using an iPad or an iPhone to interact, they cannot receive documents from their provider. The customer support team is also super responsive and helpful. Cons One thing I would like to see improved is the billing module.
