I personally use InvoiceHome for our small trucking business. It helps me keep track of payments paid/unpaid. I'm able to keep the paper clutter to a minimum with having all my invoices in cloud storage. If you are a complex business I don't think this would be as easy to use though.

Pros

Very quick to use, with 100+ templates and simple workflow. You can add your logo, switch between basic/advanced forms, auto‑number invoices, and send as PDF in a couple of clicks. Mobile apps for both iOS and Android users. Tailored for small Business/freelancers.

Cons

You’re capped at $1,000 of invoices per rolling 30 days, and for an active business that is reached fairly quickly. Different websites have different prices. Some sites offer $5 a month, and others say $9. Watermark on free invoices.

Pros

Invoice Home has made it easy to create professional invoices quickly with all of their template options even for beginners.

Cons

Invoice Home admittingly lacks deeper financial management tools for full bookkeeping or advanced reporting. However for smaller companies this software would be a dream.

Pros

I really did not find anything extraordinary in this program. It was a simple and easy to use, but nothing exceptional.

Cons

Did not like having to retype every item even though it was a repeated item. It was wasting to much time to set up.

Very useful when invoicing as a freeelancer - the layout of the line items and applying seperate tax sections are a great feature.

Pros

Great invoicing format, really good UI and clear and easy to use nagivation tools. Very clear layout.

Cons

Some of the design layouts can be plain. Would appreciate more variation or allowance to upload own templates with company logos and designs.

Perfect for those who do freelancing and small businesses, I think this is a great tool for small businesses, as it allows you to print directly from PDFs.

Pros

Very easy to use.has many invoice templates.can be downloaded in PDF format.multi-currency and multi-language.can be used for international clients.invoices are saved in the cloud even in free accounts.This app is okay for value for money.Great customer support staff. It's very easy to make payments here and it's also very easy to update your plan. There is a great customer service staff to support you even after the payment is processed. And credit card and debit card facilities are also available here.

Cons

Limitations in the free version, Some features are limited, The template design cannot be customized much fonts, colors cannot be completely changed.

Invoice Home app has been a fantastic platform where I get my invoice done . The app is easy to navigate and it doesn’t cost much money to use. However recurring bill errors ,inability to go back and make changes should be worked on. It is a pleasure using the app !

Pros

\- It is very easy to navigate - Its easy of affordability - Ability to send invoice via the app - Payment Processing is super fast - The customer support team are friendly and genius - Payments can be made easily, and it’s 100% reliable .

Cons

\- Recurring billing errors - The app is limited in its functionality - There's no way to go back and make some changes such as payments, down payments, credits, etc. once you have saved the form.

Just did.

Pros

We like the fact that it's easy it's fast, it was free, we chose to pay for it on a monthly subscription because we ended up using it over 100 times and now it's our main way to send out detailed receipts, bids, quotes.

Cons

Fix the big paid stamp. Make it editable for users, make the text area bigger so we can addore stuff. The way it's set up now makes a 3page receipt. We have thought of using another tool and letting this go. Not enough editable options for us. We love it. But need it to get upgraded to present times without losing functionality.

My second business information is completely lost from the beginning - all 130 transactions. How do I explain it to my customers? The information of the one company is on both apps. I have lost business because they cannot resolve my problem

Invoice home was a simple to use invoicing tool that I utilized when my company did less jobs. You can do your billing through them also. Simple template made it very user friendly.

Pros

The free invoices you were allowed were enough for me when my business was small and just starting out

Cons

The limit on invoices you were allowed. It was nice that you got them for free but it was inconvenient when you use them all.

It is great to create personalized invoices for a small business. To be able to create invoices in various languages and in currencies is a huge plus!

Pros

We really liked the ability to create invoices in various diferent currencies, something that we have to do for our business on a regular basis. It is easy to copy, customize and personalize the invoices

Cons

It is great for small business that has a small amount of invoices per month. A soon as you go over the limit of sales for the month, then you have to pay a small rate. However, since we have to create so many invoices per month we looked for a cheaper option for our day to day invoice creation. But we continue to use Invoice home for some invoices that have to be created in diferent languages or currencies.

It lets me keep track of the invoices I have sent out to clients as well as show me how much money is being sent, and or any issues that I might have with clients not paying.

Pros

It is so simple to use. Color-coded invoices easily show what has been paid, what you are waiting for and how much you are owed. Could not ask for an easier platform.

Cons

It is set up a little like a social media feed, where all your information is on one long page. It can get a little hard to keep track of what is going on unless you use some filters on what you are looking at. It also does not tie into any tax software which could limit usability.

It might be too simple for any business that has more than 2 people working for it. It serves its purpose very well for small business owners, not really for enterprises.

Pros

Invoice Home has a pretty straightforward workflow and intuitive design. It is basically 1-click to create, 1-click to send. They do individual invoices, recurring ones, tax invoices and receipts.
