It also give our employees and customers a way to look at all of the event details beforehand! It helps track attendees, send reminders automatically, create templates and so much more! This product takes out a lot of manual work - you can run reports of attendees who have and have not RSVP's, you can add custom questions to the RSVP such as dietary restrictions and those will show up on your reports as well. It's simple to use and our employees love it! Pros EventCreate is user friendly and gives you a space for all of your event needs. It's versatile so that you can host different types of events, but you can keep track of everything in one place. You can customize it as much or as little as you want. I love using this site! I really like the RSVP feature for attendees as well as the fact that you can customize the website with location, hotels, images, and more. Cons There are some features that could be updated/modified to give more customization options. Like page layouts, colors and photos. There are some features that are amazing, but at the same time are difficult to find every check box to use the feature, so you can get lost or confused in trying to figure out how to set something up a certain way. When setting up your event, there are several tabs and under each tab are many options/checkboxes which is great, but can be tedious and you need to double check everything to ensure it's all exactly how you want it! March 26, 2025 5.0 The team was very easy to talk to. We were finishing each other's sentences and were having such a good conversation we went over the scheduled time without realizing it. Once we got access to the paid version, it was so easy that no training was needed. Our first event was up and running in a few hours. Pros EventCreate is just a natural extension of what I'm doing physically in person. It's intuitive, a clean interface, and super easy to use. It's the Event Management tool I'd create if I were a developer. Cons Their marketing is poor. I searched several times for EventBrite alternatives and they never showed up. I only found them through a review site. It was far to expensive for our needs. Switched from [Eventbrite](https://www.capterra.com/p/114949/Eventbrite/) Support was horrible at best, no security of note. It helped connect me to some new friends in this city because I moved here about a year ago and was really struggling to feel connected. It saves volunteers hours of standing at the front of the venue waiting for people to try and pay at the door (which is a nightmare). I simply use it for social media purposes and it will attract attendees. Pros I've already used this program for several years and as long as it continues to work (it has worked so far), I did get some relief that the Facebook integration didn’t crash on me either. I got to see that my listing was also being viewed by many local parents who were able to view the listing without having to purchase all the additional advertising options. Cons Every time I have had to go into another design application to edit them. And although I can easily send the data to my other tracking spreadsheets, it still takes way longer than necessary. The major downside was the syncing issue with CRM and not supporting multiple stripe accounts. Pros It's easy to set up, and I appreciate that it offers the ability to add custom questions. Reports could be generated to be used for analytics. Cons hey only allow one Stripe account per user account, which was limiting for our needs. The integration with HubSpot relied on Zapier, resulting in extra costs. Additionally, the number of live events available was quite limited. We also had to manually export event data to our CRM, which was time-consuming. Matching daily Stripe payouts to event registrants proved to be a particularly challenging and tedious process. The interface is super user-friendly, which made it easy for me to whip up an event website without any technical know-how. I really appreciated how I could customize the templates to fit the vibe of my event, and it saved me so much time. No way to pick a language at the start and then conditionally select all following questions based on that selection. I did really like the fact it was easy to upload photos and I could use one to personalize the invitation email. Pros I liked the ability to create a unique website, rsvp management, and the checklist. I also like the fact that you can upload your own photos to use for the website AND email. Cons I intensely disliked the fact that I couldn't move the title of the website within the "box" of the picture/area. I wanted to use a picture of my husband in front of a traditional Japanese tea house while he was in Japan on business but I could only change the spacing, not the actual placement, of the title. Because there were boxes of whiteness in the picture, that were consequently reflected in the pond the tea house was sitting over, I needed the title to be at the very bottom right-hand part of the "Title" box. If I changed the spacing it made the picture do weird things when viewed. I would have liked to be able to treat the text as a true text box and move it around where I needed it to be. I'd also like to be reminded if I want to send an email when after a .cvs file is uploaded. (I uploaded the file, checked everything out and then completely forgot to actually send the email.) I did like the look of the Evite invitation that would have been sent, BUT with that being said, it wouldn't have been personalized like the one I was able to do with EventCreate. (And the answer to the very last question, I was the only one using EventCreate to implement, and use, the software. But, my son's girlfriend is the Director of Annual Giving at one of the many colleges here in Atlanta and she is going to check it out. February 14, 2023 5.0 I am so pleasantly surprised with the functionality, capabilities, customization options and overall user-friendliness of EventCreate! I'm so glad I came across the site (found it via a Google search for online event invitations with RSVP). I am getting so many compliments on our event's landing page, how easy it is to have all the information they need about their event right at their finger tips and RSVP. EventCreate helped me look like a website professional rather than just a party planner. Highly recommend EventCreate over any other online event invite/management systems! Will definitely be using again. Pros The software was very user-friendly. It made it easy to create a beautiful, functional landing page that made it simple to share all the information we wanted to about our upcoming event. It was truly custom to our event. As a marketing professional, being able to brand even a personal event, is amazing! The registration process was also easy to set-up and easy for our attendees to use. Cons When adding an image to my landing page, it would have been helpful to know the specs for the images so the graphic could be properly formatted to the space. For adding attendees without a spreadsheet, having a simple table that I could manually enter in a list of attendees all at once rather than having to keep hitting the "add attendee" button each time would have been nice.Neither are deal breakers and are mostly just a matter of preference. It wouldnt ask clients the "required" questions until after they payed / registered, so we were unable to collect information. They claimed they "reached out" via email to attendees to try and collect the info, but it never worked. Cons Trying to add pictures. Add background image seems to have two meanings. One is a picture behind everything which is truly a background image and the other is just adding a picture even though it also called the function add a background image. This was super confusing. I am so happy with this product, especially since the world shifted and we all had to quickly learn what events would look like virtually. We started hosting more training sessions and smaller events more often and this site has made it so easy to do! Pros I have used many other sites in the past - ranging from large-scale sites that cost thousands for basically the same thing as this one, except this was MUCH easier to use! I have already suggested other coworkers from sister companies use it too! The easiest thing about this is that it's mostly drag and drop type design and you are always able to go back and add in more or less. I appreciate that I can add links to social media and our website. I can bring in video clips and even have an interactive map that will show guests where evening events are. Across the board for small or large-scale events, this is the best site to use! Cons There have been a few times that I wish I was able to change something or add in something different than what was available, however, the team has always been more than happy to help get me what I need and there are many options to design and edit to make it your own. I was able to add my own images to maintain brand identity. I could quickly and easy easily add my own and change the font to create a professional looking website for our customers to use! Pros I liked how easy it was to quicky and efficiently set up an account and then create an event. I needed as service to keep track of RSVP's and I love that will do that and much more for a small fee, saving me a ton of time and resources. It is quick and easy to get started and does not require much maintenance. Cons For those unfamiliar with setting up a website, though this has a simple interface, it may be a bit of a learning curve - be patient as you learn how to set up the pages. March 28, 2021 5.0 Pros I am using this software to create a webpage for my upcoming virtual college graduation party. I like that this software has been extremely user-friendly. I have worked with other website-building software and was able to quickly figure out any nuances with EventCreate, however I believe it would have been nearly as easy if I were new to web design. This product has just the right amount of features that the average person may need to publish and promote an event. In particular, this website is useful for keeping your event participants updated, as well as for linking a gift registry so I do not have to ask my attendees to keep track of multiple links. Best of all, the free trial access and ability to preview my page before I invested gave me the confidence I needed to commit to this software. And cost is amazing for me at only $4/month! (After the free trial period, the cost is automatically charged to the credit card to cover a year's worth of service.) Even if I use it only once this year (which I won't), I feel I am getting my money's worth. Highly recommend! Cons If I absolutely MUST choose to list a "con" about this software: I did not like that the monthly subscription was so disproportional to the annual fee, but it is not a big deal because the annual fee is still a great price even if I only needed service for a short time.
