### "Easy to use event creation/tracking! "

EventCreate helps our company create events and track them. It also give our employees and customers a way to look at all of the event details beforehand! It helps track attendees, send reminders automatically, create templates and so much more! This product takes out a lot of manual work - you can run reports of attendees who have and have not RSVP's, you can add custom questions to the RSVP such as dietary restrictions and those will show up on your reports as well. It's simple to use and our employees love it!

Pros

EventCreate is user friendly and gives you a space for all of your event needs. It's versatile so that you can host different types of events, but you can keep track of everything in one place. You can customize it as much or as little as you want. I love using this site! I really like the RSVP feature for attendees as well as the fact that you can customize the website with location, hotels, images, and more.

Cons

There are some features that could be updated/modified to give more customization options. Like page layouts, colors and photos. There are some features that are amazing, but at the same time are difficult to find every check box to use the feature, so you can get lost or confused in trying to figure out how to set something up a certain way. When setting up your event, there are several tabs and under each tab are many options/checkboxes which is great, but can be tedious and you need to double check everything to ensure it's all exactly how you want it!

### "Where has EventCreate Been All My Life?"

The team was very easy to talk to. We were finishing each other's sentences and were having such a good conversation we went over the scheduled time without realizing it. Once we got access to the paid version, it was so easy that no training was needed. Our first event was up and running in a few hours.

Pros

EventCreate is just a natural extension of what I'm doing physically in person. It's intuitive, a clean interface, and super easy to use. It's the Event Management tool I'd create if I were a developer.

Cons

Their marketing is poor. I searched several times for EventBrite alternatives and they never showed up. I only found them through a review site.

They assisted us in organizing events and gathering registration information from participants. The major downside was the syncing issue with CRM and not supporting multiple stripe accounts.

Pros

It's easy to set up, and I appreciate that it offers the ability to add custom questions. Reports could be generated to be used for analytics.

Cons

hey only allow one Stripe account per user account, which was limiting for our needs. The integration with HubSpot relied on Zapier, resulting in extra costs. Additionally, the number of live events available was quite limited. We also had to manually export event data to our CRM, which was time-consuming. Matching daily Stripe payouts to event registrants proved to be a particularly challenging and tedious process.

I think it's fantastic! Great product and great work!

Pros

Super user friendly and easy to use and navigate. The page editing tools are straightforward and allow for plenty of customization.

Cons

That I have to leave the website builder to create an image gallery, and that I can't upload specific email list to deploy emails/can only deploy emails to registered attendees.

The products were to expensive, and added cost for what we believed fundamental services/features to what we needed. The interfaces were outdated or too complex for what we needed.

Fantastic. Will continue to use for all my events.

Pros

Ease of use, massive functionality at a good price, all kinds of customization.

Cons

Conditional logic on registration questions is limited to one to one. No way to pick a language at the start and then conditionally select all following questions based on that selection. I was looking for a system to help manage a conference and trade show. The program I was using was quite antiquated. I had been looking at a larger company platform but the cost was exhorbitant and I didn't need all the bells and whistles. EventCreate is exactly what I needed.

Pros

Very easy to use. I started off using the trial and got to a point where I needed to upgrade. Their customer support has been hands down the easiest to work with when it's through a chat. I upgraded to the pro, paid for a month subscription to continue trialling in that capacity. When I realised it was going to work, I paid for the annual subscription (much cheaper than paying for a month)

Cons

I do wish you could copy and paste what you've already done. In some places you can but others you can't

Really have enjoyed all of the amazing things it can do. Hope there are add ons to be able to make the pages a little more customizable.

Pros

The ease of usage. Creating all our year events and making it easier for our customers/guests to get their tickets. or even as survey forms.

Cons

Not having a way to make it to have more tickets if they purchased one table. Not good when the individual tickets on a table cost more than the individual tickets. Just deters buyers from wanting tables.

Pros

The process to create my event was seamless. EventCreate offered clear, step-by step guidance. Easy to download app to scan purchased tickets.

Cons

I am a new user and perhaps I did this incorrectly but I didn't have the option to add an item size and quantity

Overall, I felt that EventCreate is an excellent tool for beginners and moderate level organizers, but has its limitations when wanting to think outside the box.

Pros

Its ability to create a dynamic event registration site in almost minutes is fantastic. It offers the ability to customize the experience fully, track attendees, sell tickets, and more. I loved the sell-ticket feature.

Cons

The functionality is somewhat confusing when it comes to organizing large events and specific registrations.

Overall great experience! Minus the issue of mass texting . I would totally recommend this to family and friends .

Pros

I was able to customize my event invite to exactly how I liked it. I can keep track of RSVPs so well. I love that texts can be inputted line by line with spacers as well. Events are stressful as is but this made it a bit easier

Cons

I wish the free plan allowed mass texting. I don’t throw events that often so I just needed something temporary but sending reminders & updates should be an important feature for all plans free or paid just limit the event to one event for free accounts

Extremely easy and full of options. I still have a few things to add such as payment information. I’ve reviewed it and it’s going to be simple.

Pros

This website is so easy to use and to get it to the place where you wanted it to be. I spent less than two hours getting it all together, sending out test invitations, and checking out how it looks to responders. I think it is amazing. I am very confident with technology, but still find difficulty with many options out there: This website is easy and really extensive in what you can do

Cons

This is a very simple thing! Sometimes I’m still trying to figure out how to get into editing the website when I’ve been Reviewing it on the web! It is actually pretty easy! But since I really only worked on it for two hours, I still get a little confused! No big deal!

Once I begin the trial, I was able to create the website very easily, edit it, and explore all the other options like sending invitations and payment method. It was perfect.
