Found perfect tenants on my own per month rental. Realtors better start thinking about new career prospects. The curtain has been pulled back.

Pros

Find, screen, and sign your own tenants. Huge feeling of independence and control over your own endeavours.

Pros

Turbotenant is very affordable for property managers and landlords offering several free options for marketing and online marketing. The prospective tenant fees are very reasonable as well.

Cons

Would like to see more features such as online rental payments, maintenance requests and management for a more complete system.
