Pros Monday.com is a very useful when you are handling a large team and you have to have assign various tasks and mange them accordingly. You can easily track the project status and easily setup add members. Everything is too good about Monday.com Cons There is not too much. Cons Ein zentraler Kritikpunkt: Aktuell fällt es schwer, den Überblick über die eigenen Aufgaben zu behalten – obwohl genau das eine Kernfunktion einer Projektmanagement-Lösung sein sollte. Es fehlt z.B. die Möglichkeit, die eigenen To Dos in einer Kanban-Ansicht darzustellen oder z.B. mit Outlook zu synchronisieren. Hier sollte Monday dringend nachbessern. It required some learning and effort to set up, and pricing can be on the high side to get the features you require. It is one of those love-hate solutions. Pros Monday.com is a good cloud based work/project management platform. It provides a colourful and easy to use interface for users, with plenty of templates, automation and reporting tools. Cons The free tier is not very useful and there are only 3 paid tiers. Some essential features are tied up in higher plans - forcing you to upgrade. I also like that I can customize views to what I like personally. Cons The least likable thing is the initial learning to use it and understanding the structure. Once I understood the structure, it became less intimidating. It has facilitated the integration of many functions and reduced the workload to a minimum. Pros Monday.com reveals the ideal value of teamwork, making interaction with it a pleasure rather than a duty. With Monday.com, there is no obstacle to the continuity of tracking closing dates, updating tasks or documenting notes. Monday.com is ideal for linking several separate projects through their own boards that organize the workflow. I liked the quality of the link with email and the main calendar, which achieves better follow-up of recurring tasks. Cons I have never complained about Monday.com, the service team is always available, and the features are updated and new features are added to it constantly, which increases the simplicity of managing the workflow. I think it's more suitable for very small businesses or scenarios where deep detailed resourcing/planning are not needed. Cons Generally I would say it feels like little more than a pumped up spreadsheet, if you were skilled enough almost all of the project management could likely be housed in Google Sheets or Excel. December 4, 2024 4.0 Since the transition from Zendesk to Monday.com, it doesn't really feel like major thing changes aside from round robin because it is really to use and very similar flow of process & design was made by the apps manager. There is just some minor feature that Monday.com is lacking but hopefully I'm wrong because I don't really know if it's the manager of the platform who can't utilize it yet or its already the way it is. Pros Our department started to use this web base platform due to friendly feature it has and low-cost charges according to our leaders. It's also very easy to adjust the design and troubleshoot some minor issues without reaching out to IT department in contrast to the old platform we used to have. Cons I'm not quite certain if it's doable on the side of admin or just the apps lacking this feature but I'm looking forward that this platform any time soon will have a round robin thing so that we don't have to assigned the task manually to each user. Pros I think Monday.com has a really cool way of streamlining and documenting workflows and streams. It can have a neat look and template. Cons Monday.com is not really user friendly. So even basic users need training, but those who are actually building and assigning templates need a lot of training before use.
