There are so many handy automations as well that speed up the process and make sure things work as well as they possibly can! I like the fact that there are other apps and widgets that you can incorporate to make your job easier! Cons Its not a Monday issues, its the apps/widgets that attach to it, can be clunky, don't have the same UX as Monday, and can make some tasks a bit more complicated than they need to be! That changed the game for me regarding large updates. Cons That admin can disable the free ai lite that comes with pro. Cons I would love for the Monday Vibe feature to be included in our Enterprise plan. I can see many benefits to adding in AI features but I'm not ready to pay extra on top of our annual rate. Cons There have been inconsistencies in some automation behaviors and there are a few template structures that did not behave the way they were previewed to behave. Gave more than anticipated. They have a ton of support articles, a great online community, quick support when you contact them. They're wonderful! Pros My team laughs at me because I'm basically a evangelist. I love the flexibility of the boards, docs, dashboards. I love the automations. I love tagging in comments. I love connecting to other tools. I would not be able to do my job without it! Cons The main con in my head is the price point for a small business. I wish we had enterprise for the things it would unlock in it's use but we can't afford it. And truthfully I don't think the price is unreasonable, it's just above what we can afford right now. Cons Bug resolution works slowly sometimes, and it's difficult to roll up and utilize connected and formula columns. It's emailing need improvement including right to left alignment. Cons only thing of late is that we are sellign tickets for an event and i would like to see battery bars for money - so we can see how close we are to our target in a clear visual, it may be somewhere but i havent been able to find it! Cons Biggest con is that their is a learning curve to learn the software and it to make it work for you there is a lot of per-conversation that needs to happen about not only how workflow is currently working but how it should work ideally. software always pushes you to have conversations on how to make things better. Not needed massive amounts of skills to utilize these programs/set-ups and other integrated apps is wonderful. Pros I love the integrated AI app builder. Being able to imagine a setup and have something like the app builder create it for me is such a blessing. Not just in the aspect of time saved, but also money. I no longer need to hire a "freelancer" to do these things for me. Cons I don't believe I have came across anything I have disliked so far, other than the integrated apps you can choose from. I believe there should be more details and/or videos on how to utilize them in the app store. However, I understand this is not necessarily a Monday thing. Cons I did not like the contact support, i found it really hard to actually talk to someone, even though we work with Monday on a daily basis i wish that they could have a team that could meet with the businesses that use their platform to talk about the issues that arise and see if they can find solutions.
