Pros

Monday is super easy to use, it has helped us begin keeping much better track of project information and workflow in order to provide better service to our clients.

Cons

If there was one thing I would change about Monday it would be improving the ability to integrate other programs.

We can clearly see stages of actions using the status tool. Dashboards are great for providing an overall view of data

I love Monday and have recommended it to every organization and colleague I know! Monday is designed to be structured uniquely to meet our needs while also offering so many templates that can be customized and implemented with just a few clicks.

Pros

Monday.com is extremely user friendly, and intuitive! It has made the designing of workflows, and infrastructure seamless!!

Cons

The only Con would be that there is not an option for more seats at a discounted rate under Enterprise for a Nonprofit.

Pros

The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, even for first-time users. I especially appreciate the customizable templates, automation features, and how easy it is to collaborate across departments. The color-coded visuals and drag-and-drop functionality make project tracking much more organized and visually engaging.

Cons

While the platform is great overall, there are occasional delays when syncing updates across team members, especially if multiple users are editing the same board. Also, some advanced features require higher-tier pricing, which may not be ideal for smaller teams.

My overall experience with Monday.com was a surprising one! It hooked right up with four other programs we use every day . Creating different groups for specific teams within the company was super easy. Video calls with webcams were built right in and sharing files with others within the conference calls did not create any issues at all.

Pros

Monday.com is a very friendly project management software. It made juggling tons of projects at once super easy. We used it alongside our trusty Google sheets to keep track of everything, and it even worked with Word so we could share and edit documents all in one place . Monday.com had a color-coding system that helped us see which projects were super important and which ones could wait a bit.

Cons

The software is great; itt can be a bit too much for a beginner. It seamlessly opened up the door to other software applications creating curiosity. We had to have programmers on staff to integrate the software at times. There's no real AI assistant to give you an idea of how the different software would work or how they would affect your projects

Overall, I like the ease of creating roles and tasks, adding team members, and managing and controlling assigned processes and tasks. It is a handy tool for dividing large projects into specific tasks and distributing them among team members. It makes it easy for everyone to know at all times whether their task is pending approval, correction, feedback, etc.

Pros

It is very useful for managing remote teams, it works for small or large companies, and it helps you automate tasks, thus saving time. You can assign tasks in real-time, set essential events and track your daily activities.

Cons

There's a lack of alerts on activities that are about to expire within the same application. At first, it can be complex to handle as it has different tools at hand, but the UI is not clear enough with the information on how to use the tools.

Overall good platform, just wasn't the right fit for my workflow and my team to track and coordinate projects on.

Pros

Loved the UI on this platform and the bright colors made it easy for me to quickly understand where projects were at in progress and who had ownership over tasks within those projects.

Cons

A lot of clicking, felt like too many clicks to get to where I needed to go for most tasks and navigation.

Very easy to use, very easy to master. There is immediate value in adding monday to your scheduling. However, the depths do not go too far.

Pros

What I like most about monday.com is the streamlining between different departments. With the right permissions, each division is able to set up new tempo tracking tools that everyone can access. Very easy to gather value

Cons

It can become difficult sorting through the notes of each task. Detailing potential delays etc. It would be nice if there were some more pre-assigned options

Overall after the initial setup we continued using and expanded to the whole company. It has been a great tool for management meetings.

Pros

We liked the idea of this to run more reports and accurately track new metrics that we could not do with our accounting system.

Cons

The worst part we have found is the setup process. The customization was extensive and took a long time before we were actually using the product.

We use Monday.com to manage projects, finances, HR and document management. We find it a really user-friendly, operable system, although does take some initial learning to become familiar with implementing new features. Would recommend it as a great all-in-one project management tool for businesses.

Pros

The most useful thing about Monday.com is that it is customisable to your company needs. We have created several workspaces to cover different aspects of the business - project management, document management, accounts, Human Resources etc. The automation of tasks is also super useful to categorise information.

Cons

The most difficult thing about Monday.com is the initial learning curve, as there are so many features that take some practice to use effectively. The cost is also reasonably high, especially when you start adding more users.

monday.com gives us a great collection of task management tools that allows us to plan, prioritize and strategize our daily tasks. It is very flexible allowing us to customize it to meet our unique work management needs. monday.com had dashboards that keep us on always on the look out of what is happening and makes it easy to monitor our work progress. It has automations that helped us to carry out the routine tasks automatically without any human intervention. monday.com also gives us AI analytics that offer excellent insights that help us make informed decisions about our work. Its advanced team communication and collaboration tools help us to work together as one team on our work.

Cons

monday.com has been excellent in every way and we have loved everything about it. No issues or challenges to report about.

Not a big fan of this platform for a small business that just needed to organize things and make sure that nothing was missed. Reps were difficult to get ahold of and often we were told that we needed to increase what we were paying to gain access to features that were in our subscription.

Pros

It was nice to see everyone else's to do list and add things to their lists, etc. Monday.com is supposed to connect to other platforms but it costs more so we weren't able to see this.

Cons

Very expensive, hard to get assistance from reps, we weren't given all the features promised to us at the beginning without increasing what we were paying, and not the easiest software to use.

Overall, Monday.com kept my projects organized, improved team communication, and made it easy to see progress at a glance.

Pros

What I liked most about Monday.com was how visual and intuitive it was. It kept projects organized, communication clear, and made it easy to see where everything stood at a glance.

Cons

What I didn’t like about Monday.com was how much upkeep it required to stay useful. The platform is powerful, but if boards weren’t constantly updated or organized, it became overwhelming fast. I found that the more projects we added, the more cluttered and repetitive things felt, especially when trying to customize workflows for construction timelines that are always shifting. It sometimes felt like I was managing the software more than it was managing the work. The automation options were helpful, but they still required a lot of setup. Overall, it wasn’t as streamlined or intuitive as I needed day-to-day.

Great tool for remote collaboration. It acts as our central source of truth. If it's not on monday.com, it doesn't exist. It keeps everyone accountable and aligned on the deadlines.

Pros

It is very intuitive. New employees adapt quickly in a day or so without much training. The ability to comment directly on a task keeps all our communication in one place, so we don't lose information in Slack or email threads.

Cons

Sometimes the page loads a bit slowly if you have a board with hundreds of items. Also, the notifications can get a bit overwhelming if you don't adjust your settings.

I am satisfied, it does its job. I am not the main manager of it, therefore I am happy with what it does for me as a final user.

Pros

Fast project track and management, easy automations and versatile reminders, efficient in search per board and whole account "search everything".

Cons

The formatting feature, it's essential, which make sense, but sometimes buggy, when you switch from one format type and the other. Also it's not available in items replies, it's available only on item updates.

Pros

Monday.com is a very useful platform that we used for Events Management on daily basis. It is an extremely easy platform to use. The reporting section is easy to use and easy to understand.

What is not the ideal about this platform is that everything has to be inserted manually and it was not integrating with our main booking platform.

Pros

Interphase, is a really user-friendly tool

Cons

The templates are not good enough so you find yourself always creating the workspace. It could be easier and faster

Overall my personal experience with monday.com has been great. Whenever I need help I can always ask the help center and most of the item it is resolved.

Pros

Monday.com helps me and notifies me on the work load that I need to keep track of. I do like that there're set up templates that are ready or use whenever needed.

Cons

When I'm making modifications on when to notify me on my email I have to manually do it for every item. There is not an option to do notify me for all items. Also the price is a little expensive in my option.

Pros

Once set up, it was easy to maneuver and function. I like how you can color coordinate things and have triggers.

Cons

The set up was not the easiest thing to do. Sometimes setting triggers or columns was a lot harder than you would think they should be.
