Pros Great tool for managing many different types of projects. Worked very well for several different IT projects I managed for a beachside resort. You don’t need any extra help to use it—just identify your workflow style and build it using the wide range of tools available. Pros The dashboards are incredibly easy to use and customize to fit your needs. I really appreciate that I was able to start using them effectively from day one. The easy of using it from anywhere. I have used it for all sorts of small projects and it is really a value for money at that stage, unless you want a lot of advanced features like automations. Pros The most I like about monday.com is it is easier to begin with. A lot of tools out there in the market are user friendly but not easy to start. Monday.com handles new users very well and it literally takes less than a day to get used to it and enjoy it. Cons Monday.com is not ideal for big projects, which require deep project planning. It is weaker than tools built specifically for detailed project management and has less features to support such project planning. Reporting functions are first class and happy using this tool. Pros Fantastic tool for managing projects. Stunning user interface which makes it easy to keep track of tasks and clear visibility. The ability to create custom workflows based on business needs has improved efficiency. It is also a great value for the money spent and connects seamlessly between the Monday work management and CRM systems! We did quite well in the beginning, sorting, labeling, assigning tasks, etc. But, then, life takes over and most of us began using our calendars and other tools. Eventually, it felt more like an albatross rather than a help. Pros This program is great for organizing, either projects, time, or life, for that matter. It is a high quality organizing software. Cons Two things: First, it takes a deep commitment to use it. So, it is a third party vendor that a calendar can do alongside some of the basic tools provided by other broader services. Second, to justify the cost, the user has to be in it constantly. While the cost is not horrific, it is steep unless the user is prepared to be in it constantly. Pros I really like how I can program Monday.com to do basically anything. I have used it to organize all my projects, send requests to higher ups in the company, and clock in and clock out when I was hourly. Cons My least favorite thing about Monday.com is sometimes it glitches when I use the app. The website is a lot better when it comes to getting real time updates. One thing I especially like about it is how we can create boards for our graphics team (and other teams) to see where they are with projects. Cons Probably only the con i would say is not having the ability to open a document or see the whole document you have uploaded on Monday without having to download it again. the preview can have 6 pages for a one page document. Cons My Con is the most obvious- that I need the paid version to make some of the amendments I need to my To-do list.
