Good and works for the companies needs. Have enjoyed working with the tool and discovering new things to use if for.

Very ease to use and tailor to your companies needs. Very good support in setting up and directions of use. Many spreadsheets no longer needed. Automations make like easy and informs the people who need to know. Monthly update feature is invaluable to keep in touch with updates.

Cons

Company struggles with the cost of the licenses but having free viewers helps. Templates aren't easy to find.

### "Simple to use"

May 18, 2026

4.0

Overall, I think it's a decent product. I've used ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Project, etc. I started using Monday a year ago and recently started using it again for my business. It's just simple to use, which I appreciate.

Pros

The dev platform is much easier to use than comparable products like Jira. Much less convoluted and constrained.

Cons

The app needs some work; it runs better on the website, but I don't like running apps via browser because it just adds to my tab clutter. I also think it's a little expensive, I do consider time to time if it's actually worth it.

### "Powerful and Evolving Platform with Promising AI Features"

April 30, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with monday.com has been very positive. It’s a highly flexible and visual platform that makes it easy to manage projects, automate processes, and collaborate with teams. The interface is intuitive and adaptable to different use cases, which helps both technical and non-technical users get value quickly. While there are still some limitations in more advanced scenarios, the continuous improvements—especially with AI—show that the platform is evolving in the right direction.

Pros

What I like the most about monday.com is the direction they are taking with AI. The platform has been evolving a lot in this area, with AI features embedded directly into workflows, automations, and data handling. This makes it easier to reduce manual work, summarize information, and prioritize tasks more efficiently without needing complex setups.

Cons

One limitation I’ve noticed is that some features still don’t work well together, especially when it comes to formula columns. For example, formulas can’t be fully used in automations or with mirror columns, which restricts more advanced use cases. Also, while the platform is powerful, certain advanced capabilities and automations can feel limited or require workarounds depending on the complexity of the workflow.

### "Best app for task and time management "

January 5, 2026

5.0

All in all it was great. It helped me organize my day and ensured I wasn’t missing or skipping tasks.

Pros

I love the ability to create multiple boards for multiple things. I was able to organize different aspects of my work through just one app. It was also great being able to plan my days and help prioritize tasks.

Cons

It was a little hard to navigate around. Initially setting up my boards were a bit confusing. It would have helped having some kind of templates.

### "Powerful Work Management Tool with Strong Customization"

May 6, 2026

5.0

Overall, monday.com has been a valuable tool in helping us centralize workflows and improve operational efficiency. As we continue building out structured processes and integrating it with other systems, it is becoming a core part of how we manage projects, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration. With the right setup and ongoing management, it has strong potential to scale with the organization’s needs.

Pros

The flexibility and customization are standout features. Monday.com allows us to build workflows that align with our internal processes across operations, accounting, HR, and insurance without forcing a one-size-fits-all structure. The visual dashboards and automation capabilities make it easy to track progress, manage deadlines, and improve overall team visibility. Integration with tools like Outlook and shared inboxes also supports more streamlined communication and task management.

Cons

There is a learning curve, especially when building more advanced workflows or automations. Without proper setup and governance, boards can become cluttered or inconsistent across teams. Additionally, some features that would enhance reporting and automation are only available in higher-tier plans.

### "Boosting Efficiency: How AI Features Transformed Our Project Lifecycle"

April 30, 2026

5.0

My experience with monday.com has been highly positive, particularly in how it centralizes a 'Work OS' to manage both technical and creative workflows. It handles my Scrum and Kanban cycles seamlessly, allowing for real-time tracking of bugs and deployments alongside feature requests. The AI integrations have been a game-changer for me, specifically for summarizing complex technical documentation and generating SEO-ready marketing content, which has significantly compressed our project lifecycles.

Pros

I like its spreadsheet-like interface that uses colorful, customizable columns to make information instantly scannable. The design makes it easy to understand the overview of the project.

Cons

The major con is that Useful features like time tracking and private boards are very expensive and need the "Pro" tier. This makes the cost-to-utility ratio difficult to justify during the early stages of a team's growth.

### "Platform for our business function"

April 28, 2026

3.0

Still positive although we do have a number of frustrations. We are finding the cost high, and a finding ways of reviewing the number of team members who access the platform - probably not ideal for moving forward

Pros

templates are great, features are endless, being able to have alerts emailed between teams works well.

Cons

it is expensive, not always sure of the value for money, there are a lot of bugs with the automations and AI support. Customer support is difficult to engage and the support is not always relevant as I dont think the support people understand our challenges. User functions and the levels of access could be better aligned with features

### "Strong customisation and workflows"

April 30, 2026

4.0

It's been good for our team, there's a lot of customisation and unique capabilities including the dashboard etc they are good, I must say the workflow sequences is particularly strong but the interlinking of projects and boards needs to be easier as this is crucial for high workloads.

Pros

it has got a lot of features and capabilities for customisation and different types of work. It's visually appealing and user friendly.

Cons

I don’t find the board connection functionality in Monday.com particularly intuitive. Having used Asana before, I feel their approach to connecting boards is much simpler and makes more sense overall. In Asana, you can link multiple boards (or projects) quite easily, whereas in Monday, the process feels more complicated than it needs to be. While I understand that it is possible to connect boards, it requires setting things up in a very specific way, which can be confusing and less user-friendly.

### "Efficient, Intuitive, and a Game-Changer for Team Collaboration"

September 30, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with monday.com has been excellent. It transformed how we manage our tasks, collaborate across departments, and stay on top of deadlines. The platform is stable, support is responsive, and updates keep improving the product. It’s become an essential part of our day-to-day operations.

Pros

I loved how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. The visual layout makes it really easy to track projects at a glance. The automation features are a huge time-saver, and the customizable workflows helped us tailor monday.com to exactly what our team needed. Plus, it integrates smoothly with other tools we use like Slack and Google Drive.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex automation or boards, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. It would also be great if some of the premium features were available on lower-tier plans.

April 28, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience has been create and Monday.com has been constantly evolving with automations, AI and advancements to give it's customers the best experience.

Pros

Get for my personal to-do list, work management between teams and departments, project management, automation, Sidekick, my beta agent, easy to use, great to create accountability within teams and departments.

Cons

Not having the ability to mirror items on multiple boards. You have to get an app from the store, which adds to the costs of the solution.

### "Monday.com is a great starting place."

April 24, 2026

4.0

It's just okay. I think we will eventually migrate away from it. It's a good platform, but other platforms can do similar things with additional features.

Pros

Monday.com can keep things extremely organized. There are options to have different types of organization, from docs to gantt charts. It's nice to have variation and clear folders.

Cons

Collaboration is great in theory, but can be a bit challenging to use. I'm not always thrilled with the notification features and can find some of it overbearing. Teams and other platforms do very similar things with additional features.

### "Highly Flexible Work Management Platform That Scales With Your Organization"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, it has been a very positive experience. It has helped bring structure, visibility, and accountability to our operations. We’ve used it for intake processes, project tracking, and internal coordination, and it has significantly improved efficiency. It’s especially valuable for organizations building systems from the ground up or trying to move away from scattered spreadsheets and manual tracking.

Pros

The flexibility and customization stand out the most. We’ve been able to build workflows that match exactly how our organization operates instead of forcing our processes into a rigid system. Automation has been a major win, reducing manual entry and improving consistency across teams. The visual layout also makes it easy for staff to understand what’s happening at a glance.

Cons

Pricing can scale quickly as you add users and features, which may be a barrier for smaller organizations. Some advanced features require higher-tier plans. Additionally, while automation is powerful, it can become complex to manage and troubleshoot at scale. Reporting can also feel limited unless you invest time in building out dashboards.

### "Love it - will continue to use"

May 5, 2026

4.0

Overall, it is great. I use it for all of my different businesses, including being a VA & director of operations.

Pros

I really like the interface and how it looks - it is super cute & easy to customize. I do also like how easy it is to share with team members. I use it to task track & as a lead management tool, and so far it is great for both of those!

Cons

My only 2 cons are having to pay once I reached the limit for items. I also am a VA for multiple companies so I would like for it to be easier to have multiple accounts intertwined into 1 overarching account so I can easily flip between them.

### "Easy tool which saves a lot of time"

April 28, 2026

5.0

We use it to manage all our tasks. Our own tasks but also for tickets for our developpers so they know what wishes and bugs they have to solve.

Pros

It is a really uncomplicated software. It is really helpful and I can create easy and fast tasks for me and my coworkers. So everytime I know what to do and whats the status.

Cons

I would like to edit a bit more the "my work" view. I wish I could sort it by groups and have a calendar with all my tasks next to it so I can move it to the right time. But thats not a big relevant thing.

### "Best CRM out there! "

April 27, 2026

5.0

We LOVE monday.com. Our team has never been so organized. We use our boards for event management, fundraising, CRM, etc.

Pros

It is BEYOND user friendly, keeps my team organized and allows for seamless communication. I love that it integrates with our gmail and other softwares as well.

Cons

Monday campaigns is a separate entity now. We liked when we could just auto select all of our contacts and send a mass email. Monday campaigns is not only an additional cost but it confused my team because its a different platform.

### "Flexible and powerful work management platform"

December 21, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with monday.com has been very positive. As an IT manager coordinating offshore projects, monday.com has improved our team’s efficiency, transparency, and accountability. It is reliable, scalable, and has become a central tool for managing our distributed workforce.

Pros

monday.com offers a highly customizable and visually intuitive work management platform using boards, columns, and automation. It helps teams plan, track, and collaborate on tasks effectively. Integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and GitHub, along with robust automation, make it ideal for remote and offshore teams.

Cons

The platform can be overwhelming at first due to the large number of features and configuration options, especially for new users. Some advanced capabilities are restricted to higher pricing tiers, and boards can become cluttered if not organized carefully.

### "5 Star Task Management Tool"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Definitely positive, and we've steadily integrated it more and more into the business operations. The feature upgrades are consistent and really do improve the product.

Pros

My favorite thing is the customer service - hands down the best I've experienced with these types of software. Overall I think its a pretty easy to use system and their knowledge base is helpful to figure out how to do things. The automations really take your boards to the next level!

Cons

We recently upgraded to include the Vibe app feature, and are having some issues, but are working with support on them. That's really the only issue we've ever had in the 5-ish years our organization has used this tool.

### "Monday Review - Streamlining Operational Targets & Improving Client base and set tasks for each client"

April 29, 2026

5.0

Monday has been great in helping us build our client base / library as well as creating job tasks / flows from that library for staff to complete on a weekly / fortnightly / monthly etc cycle.

Pros

The easier and smoother interactions with information and data inputs once the web pages content has been built and ready for user input. It has smart / predictive data inputting meaning less time entering data while also maintaining consistent data input.

Cons

Some users may feel it is much like MS Excel, but do build the content behind each page format / type etc would be costly and time consuming.

As a creative, it's important to me I view data in a fun, colorful way and it has the flexibility to allow me to customize my data and workflows in a way that works for me.
