we have our whole CRM and business workflows in monday. all our documents and automations. all team members work in it.

Cons

the mobile app is not able to show the boards propertly. not only the phone app but also the tablet version.

I began using monday.com when I worked with a marketing agency, and I like it so much that I used it with my other clients. I liked it for content creation, but my client requested a new system, because it took so long to learn the system.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to input content information for everyone to see. It was nice to input all of the parts - it eliminated the guess work.

Cons

It took awhile for clients to learn how to use the program. It's great for internal use within a marketing agency, but much harder to use as a consultant.

In our quest to streamline our projects, monday.com has shown us light and guided us to top. monday.com has given me an my teammates an incredible shared workspace to operate on our projects. It has elevated our collaboration allowing us to achieve more success during projects by having unity in numbers. monday.com has brought an end to the chaos caused by improper work planning and management.

Pros

monday.com incredible team collaboration functions has laid a smooth ground for our team to achieve togetherness during projects. This has helped us to work more closely together and achieve more success on our projects than before. We had a simple time and experience learning monday.com features and how to use them which made our learning curve very smooth and quick. With its flexibility, monday.com made it easy for us to tailor it to match with our unique set of work management needs. Its tasks planning functions help keep everyone in the team updated of what we need to do and when to do it.

Cons

We have had it all smooth with monday.com. There is no single thing about it that we hate.

I use monday.com for content and event planning and it has been a miracle. Being able to track and share events details within our teams has helped us avoid a lot of collisions where things get overscheduled for our employees or leaders. For content planning, it is so simple and easy to track all of our content in one place with different categories so we are all aware of what is going out and in what forum.

Pros

The ease and user-friendliness of this product is next level! I also love the automation options.

Cons

The only thing I would like is to have the option to have different columns in different groups on the same board and also the ability to embed a calendar view into an intranet for example so we could share a content or event calendar with a wider audience without edit access.

We oftently use it to plan for our projects and it has done us great justice. monday.com has also brought us all together in one mutual working space making it easy for us to collaborate on our projects.

Pros

monday.com has Gantt charts that help us to plan for and execute our duties in a timely way. It provides our teams with mutual working space that help us to work in unity and cohesion. monday.com dashboards provide us with eyesight onto how project activities are progressing which help pinpoint any lagging areas as soon as possible. It has robust automations that enable us to handle the repetitive tasks like assigning tasks effectively without spending much time in them.

Cons

monday.com has extended us its full grace, it has never let us down.

I have experimented with several other brands of work management software and by far monday.com is the best. It is easy to use, requires minimal training, and is easy to automate to improve communication and efficiency.

Pros

Overall a great product that helps me and my team organize and coordinate our work. We use it to track products, customers, invoices, and personal work lists. It's easy to use and any of my team members can use it with minimal training.

Cons

Sometimes when using templates, the naming or renaming of columns is difficult. I'm splitting hairs here--overall it is easy to use so this is a very minor issue that is likely user-error but does cause some frustration.

Overall, I've had a wonderful experience with monday.com. I think it's made a real impact on our small team and has helped us stay on track with our timelines and deadlines.

Pros

I love being able to streamline my tasks across projects, making team collaboration and accountability much easier. I also appreciate their nonprofit package for our team to receive six free "seats" on our account.

Cons

I wish they had an option on the automation feature to set a recurring task to the same time each month (ex: "occurs the second Tuesday of every month").

Pros

Monday makes it so easy to view your tasks at a glance, including blockers and any dependencies. I use this software for three of my clients, including an agency and a large enterprise company. It makes it so easy to manage projects, even when there are many people involved and things get chaotic.

Cons

Personally, I could probably use some training to help with things like automations. And I've noticed that some clients use the software better than others. It all depends on how the ops team sets it up.

Pros

Cons

Occasional bugs and issues do occur with monday.com however, their reliable customer support enables these to be resolved rapidly.

If you are moving from a very manual, outdated method of project planning, Monday is a breath of fresh air! There are niggles but overall it does all I need it to do.

Pros

It is SO much easier than our previous project plans on Excel, I love the functionality of assigning tasks, dragging them around, adding labels and marking as complete. It's super satisfying.

Cons

Costing can be prohibitive when you need to add more users, especially for a non-profit. Customer service is not great and can be very frustrating.

I like Monday.com and find it useful, especially once you get used to how it works. That said, I use it because it’s required, and I’ve worked with other project management tools in the past that felt a bit more intuitive, particularly when it comes to task delegation and visualizing timelines. Still, Monday.com gets the job done and keeps everything in one place, which is helpful.

Pros

What I like most about Monday.com is how easy it makes tracking everything related to my job. It centralizes all our tracking needs in one place, so there's no need to use separate programs. Once I got the hang of navigating the platform, it became a very useful and efficient tool for staying organized and on top of tasks.

Cons

It can be a little hard to navigate, especially since we use Monday.com for every aspect of our work like clocking in, project management, and calendars. I don’t handle any of the backend setup, but I do have to track everything I do on there, and sometimes it’s easy to get lost on the boards or forget where certain items are.

Poor. I was excited to try it and have heard nothing but good things over the years, but it's much worse than Asana.

Pros

It has the features we're looking for but between the constant bugs, errors, and outages, that's completely meaningless.

Cons

Customer support could not be worse. The reps seem to be trying their best but response times are ridiculous, escalations are impossible, and no one has the skills to fix the obscene number of errors you'll experience when using or implementing this poorly build system.

Pros

I really enjoy the task portion of monday.com. The delegation features are so easy! All you have to do is create a task, assign it to the correct employee, and set a date, and without any issues, it will not only assign the task to your employee and let them know they have the task, but it will remind them automatically. The value for money is astronomical. I have never had to reach out to support for anything, the software is great, and there are no bugs either!

Cons

I think the most difficult thing is keeping your employees accountable to it. The software is great, you just have to actively keep your employees involved.

Pros

The organization! I love the way that projects, groups and tasked are organized. I have 200+ clients and I wouldn't survive without monday.com. I love the automation options as well.

Cons

Sometimes I want different groups within a board to have different columns but if you change the columns in one group, it changes the columns throughout the board :(

I like the project tracking, features, and the ease of use the most about Monday.com. It is decently simple and easy to understand.

Cons

There are a few bugs and issues regarding Monday.com which is what I like the least about it. It can be a little confusing when going between the different boards within Monday.com.

They won't help you with a person. Won't help you with a demo. I signed up and they refused to give me my money back. Terrible all the way around.

Pros

nothing. Don't use this company, they don't have any live support.

Cons

They don't help at all. They don't have anyone to help with Demo's. They don't help you set it up. Just terrible customer support

This platform is important to me as a broker because it allows me to see our full pipeline. It has outstanding process management, where all departments are in line.

Pros

The automation options are revolutionary, automatic status notifications to customers save our dispatch team hours of making manual calls every week.

Cons

The first system was cumbersome because we needed to create each board by hand and the mobile application is much slower compared to updating complex columns.

Pros

It’s easy to track project progress especially when collaborating with other team members. I like being able to color code status as well.

Cons

Receiving notifications every time someone comments on a group thread can get frustrating and exhausting.

My overall experience is that Monday.com is user friendly and offers powerful features for excellent project management and there are some limitations as well but it depends because you can tailor this platform to your specific needs and still be successful.

Pros

I enjoy the features of management my day to day task for my projects, schedules and the software is so user friendly when it comes to ease. I was able to set up my day to day goals and time which was beneficial for me. As well, Customer Support is very helpful when you have a question you are unsure of and it allows you to make the commitment of your schedule on your calendar more effective and accurately. Overall, excellent features that are ready to use which helps streamline work time and save time. The dashboard is very clear and visual because it provides insights into your project progress and this is a tool that needs to be considered for work performances.

Cons

I recognize that there are some extra features not offered on the mobile app but the desktop which makes it limited for workflow and high performance.

Customization and intuitive workflow. Making parent child relationships and connecting task did not flow nicely like asana. The customization existed but wasn't a simple click or drag and drop

Insanely easy to use, on of the most well designed CRMs I have ever used. Make tracking clients and automations very easy.

Cons

It was not very easy to get great support, or set up a demo with a demo team. I wish we were able to get a tutorial like this from a live agent.

Overall the experience has been find , it is nice tool and offers your project a central management interface by keeping all the communications together in one place.

Pros

It is nice that the tool is adapting as per today's requirement and some new features are cool. The visual automations are also nice where you can set a reminder to be notified when when a task status is changed to urgent etc.

Cons

Monday com interface is very much cluttered and there is too many active boards and sometimes it gets difficult to find a item during a busy period or when you're under pressure to get something done.
