### "But wait... There's more!!"

April 28, 2026

5.0

I've been using now for just over a year and a half. My experience has been nothing short of transformative. I used to struggle with a clunky old Gantt chart and now I've got a comprehensive CRM project tracking, communication, and scheduling system, which is quite extraordinary. I forgot to mention also reporting. I now have insights which are incredible. When my accountant asks me a question, I now have an answer at my fingertips. When a customer asks me a question, I now have an answer at my fingertips. My sales team are now able to see in real time their performance, which is extraordinary.

Pros

End to end it's amazing.... Flexibility, automations, notifications, all the things I struggled with previously I can now create. And that's the think. I build it.... No more, sorry that's not on our pipeline for development at this stage. Any time I want something it's there and I can implement it right away. Test it, if it's good I add it in. No good, I simply drop it and try something else.

Cons

There's so much I can do and I don't have the time to learn all about it. Even now with native AI, Vibes, workflows, agents it's everything I need but I simply don't have the time to learn and use. Not much if a dislike sorry lol.

### "Great Project Management Solution"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall very happy with we have been able to build with Monday. The software is pretty user friendly.

Pros

I love how we can set up and customize boards to exactly what we need. The automations allow for a seamless workflow and notification system. When I have needed guidance customer support has always been helpful and they always follow up to ensure issue or questions were resolved.

Cons

Some functions like find and replace a 3rd party app is needed. Would also like to see more sync options with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Time. The Monday app has several bugs and limited functionality, which hopefully is being worked on as field workers tend to use tablets.

### "Monday: Very good, but there is room for improvement"

April 27, 2026

5.0

It's great for organizing daily tasks within teams and across teams, but it could be even better if the issues I mentioned were resolved.

Pros

What I like most about Monday is that it connects different teams and keeps everyone on the same page and the automations.

Cons

You can’t select multiple files at once to delete them or take other actions. Sometimes it takes too many steps to do something simple. The Kanban view isn’t as good as Trello’s. Sometimes it’s not clear from the calendar which item is being referred to, and when you click on a subitem in the calendar, there’s no information about the item. You can’t rename files.

### "MONDAY UNA APP QUE TE AYUDA EN TU DÍA A DÍA"

April 27, 2026

5.0

### "Monday Review for Small Company - It's Great!"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, I have really enjoyed working with Monday. I do wish there was a cheaper option for help to onboard and set up the system correctly for our company but I think it is a very fair price for what we get currently.

Pros

The ease of use and value for what you get is great. I think once the whole team is onboard and understands how to properly use it, it can be a really powerful tool for our company.

Cons

There is no onboarding or customer service that you can call into, so you have to figure a lot of it out on your own but the platform is very easy to navigate and they do try to make it as intuitive as possible for the users. The AI Chatbot is very helpful as well it just takes a little time to know how to set up your account correctly.

### "Lots of cutomization features and great organizing tool"

April 27, 2026

4.0

Overall, I would continue using for own projects. I like the different views (kanban, the task reminders) that is available. I need to play a bit more with the AI features so I know how to save some time in the feature.

Pros

The color coordination was helpful. Boards are easy to create and use. Lots of features that I have not been able to check out yet but there's a lot of potential to use, like the live docs, automations, etc

Cons

monday academy was a bit unorganized. I was prompted to take the exam first before I could find the course materials for training.

### "Jack of all Trades"

April 27, 2026

5.0

I have used Monday for 6+ years in various capacities, from inventory tracking, to basic CRM functionality. The best part about it is that it's easy to onboard onto, not too overwhelming for first-timers, and very intuitive. The recent AI features continue to surprise me everyday as I find more and more use cases for them.

Pros

I like for the ease of use first and foremost. It's a product that I feel very confident onboarding clients onto because I know that clients from any industry and technical experience level can use it. It's very intuitive for task management and CRM functionality.

Cons

There are some minor restrictions with the subitems feature. For example, In a CRM instance, I prefer to keep the company name as the primary item, with the subitems containing each contact within the account/company. However, Monday does not support exporting subitems, so it has been a bit tricky figuring out how to extract those.

### "All in all Great! "

April 29, 2026

4.0

Overall very happy thus far, still learning all that Monday can do and how to navigate my way through the more complex things but all in all I like it and looking forward to getting to know more about it as time goes.

Pros

The AI integration allowing for making baseline automation as well as more complex easy to do, great value for the money. The baseline templates are great starting points as well for most everything you can think of.

Cons

Honestly so far the only thing is the inability to move around the pop up screens that pop up for tasks you are doing. I also wish they had a way to share any boards that us as users made that we find might be helpful to others with their own touches. \*\*Side note here\*\* I sent an email to the CEO team that is listed for thoughts and ideas and I have received a reply that was from someone with an update and what next steps are within their systems regarding these types of requests. I love that this is even an option!

### "Build It Your Way — If You Can Justify the Price"

April 28, 2026

4.0

One of the biggest strengths of is how flexible and customizable the platform is. We really value how easy it is to build workboards that reflect exactly how we operate, rather than being forced into a rigid, one-size-fits-all structure. Our workflows don’t follow typical patterns—there are nuances, exceptions, and unique steps that are essential to how we get things done. Being able to tailor boards to match those realities allows us to stay efficient without compromising our processes or relying on awkward workarounds. It creates a strong sense of ownership over the system and ensures that the tool genuinely supports how we work, instead of slowing us down. The main downside is the pricing. While the functionality is powerful, the cost can be a limiting factor, especially as teams scale or require more advanced features.

Pros

We really value how easy it is to build workboards that reflect exactly how we operate, rather than forcing us into a rigid, one-size-fits-all structure. Our workflows don’t follow the typical patterns you might expect—there are nuances, exceptions, and unique steps that are essential to how we get things done. Being able to tailor the boards to match those realities means we can stay efficient without having to compromise or create awkward workarounds. It gives us a sense of ownership over the system, and ensures that what we’re using actually supports our processes instead of slowing them down.

Cons

One of the biggest downsides for us was the price. It doesn’t seem too bad at first, but it quickly becomes expensive as your team grows. The per-user cost adds up, and because of the way the plans are structured, you often end up paying for more seats or features than you actually need. It also makes simple decisions—like adding someone new or giving temporary access—feel more complicated than they should be, because there’s always a cost attached. Over time, it starts to feel like you’re paying a premium, even if you’re not using the platform to its full potential. So while the system itself works well, the pricing can feel a bit out of proportion to the value you’re getting day to day.

### "Run don't walk away from this! Run away as fast as our can!"

January 29, 2026

1.0

Nothing short of straight trash. The list of issues with this are very long and at least 30 reported to the developers. It is a huge waste of time and efforts to create workarounds to fix the fact that this is a horrible program.

Pros

I do not like or recommend this product at all. The fact that they are advertised as anything project management is silly. They are in BETA testing with tasks being able to have multi layer subtasks. That says enough!

Cons

To go even further, the portfolios do not read up from the projects that it contains. You have to report it in the portfolio for it to show up in the project. Completely backwards. This is one of the worst failures in developments I have seen in a software. ClickUp is one thousand percent better and more equipped to handle enterprise or complex management. is a joke

Hey there, we appreciate you taking the time to share this, and sorry to hear it's been a frustrating experience for you. Just to clarify on portfolios: they are designed to roll up data from the projects connected to them and reflect project-level information at the portfolio level. They aren’t separate from the projects themselves. If something wasn’t behaving that way in your setup, we’d genuinely want to understand why. If you’re open to it, feel free to DM us your account email or URL so we can review your configuration and previous reports more closely. We’d love to take a deeper look and see how we can improve your experience!

### "If support was better it would be 10/10"

April 28, 2026

If it were wasier to work with custoner support when there is a probem ide give 10/10. But sadly the supoort is limited to chat and not useful. Since my whole operation is on here having something broken without a fast solution is a real nightmare.

Pros

I love that i can stay organized and collaborate with my team! The new AI features are useful but still not perfect. I like the ability to create "apps" for form views based on my prompts.

Cons

Customer support is not great. Its hard to get things done because you cannot call and talk to anyone. At this point im seriosuly considering finding anothwr solution just because i dont want to have to contact support again.

### "Monday.com is great for light to medium needs, but you may outgrow it's capabilities"

January 28, 2026

3.0

I was on the team that initially vetted and recommended , and I've used it for 4+ years almost daily. It excels with simple project management and offers extremely user-friendly functionality. However, it has serious limitations compared to, say, Jira, or another platform used to manage intricate projects spanning multiple teams.

Pros

The colors, branding, interface, and instructional information provided within the interface are very inviting and non-intimidating for non-technical people.

Cons

It lacks many of the more advanced capabilities offered by Asana, Jira, and other task/project management platforms

### "Love Monday.com"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall experience with the tool has been great. We appreciate the support, both asynchronous and being able to jump on a call with someone when we can't figure something out or are looking at potential new features. While pricing can feel like a big barrier, it's been worth it for our team. Now if we could only bundle the CRM in a way where only 1 or 2 seats is needed, not the whole team... that would be great! We'd switch from Hubspot in that situation.

Pros

I've been using monday for years. I appreciate the clean interface and ease of adoption. Our teams love the automation, the notifications, and the new AI options to improve workflows. I don't know what we'd do without monday as our backbone of all delivery.

Cons

Not a lot of cons, but it's hard to get a tease of features (especially the AI ones, like vibe) but then have the pricing of using those features be exorbitant for our small team.

### "monday.com - Free Online Project Management Tool"

January 24, 2026

5.0

I am currently using to collaborate on a project management Ghannt chart with an equipment supplier. The supplier is quite literally on the other side of the world, but because of the cross functional compatibility we are able to work together to view/edit/create remotely.

Pros

What I like most about is the ability to collaborate cross functionally to create and update Ghantt style charts to manage projects I work on both internally and externally with suppliers. This allows for team members all around the world to contribute remotely on the same efforts.

Cons

Just like any tool, learning to use can at first be a little challenging. But once you've learned the ropes it is quite easy to use and becomes second nature.

Monday is the best for modularity and price. My experience is that its easy to start and change things in the future. The pricing matches the need from Standard to pro to Enterprise.

Pros

Cons

### "Flexible, Visual Project Management"

February 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, is a powerful and flexible work management platform that excels at project tracking, team collaboration, and workflow automation. It is especially effective for cross-functional teams that need visibility and accountability. While there is a learning curve for advanced customization, once configured properly, it significantly improves organization and transparency across projects.

Pros

The customizable boards, automation features, and multiple views (Kanban, timeline, calendar, dashboard) allow teams to tailor workflows to their needs. Collaboration is seamless with tagging, file sharing, status updates, and real-time notifications. The automation builder saves time by minimizing repetitive tasks, and its integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Salesforce improve productivity.

Cons

Pricing can become expensive as teams grow or require advanced features. Some automations and integrations are available only on higher-tier complex workflows can take time to set up, and performance may slow down if boards have many items. items. Reporting and dashboard capabilities, while useful, may feel limited compared to more robust analytics platforms.

### "monday.com Review: A Powerful and Flexible Work Management Platform with a Premium Price Tag"

January 12, 2026

4.0

is excellent for teams that need flexible workflows, visual project management, and strong collaboration within larger organizations willing to invest in scalable tools with automation and integration capabilities, has such much of my experience comes from working with it with our clients. That said, what it does it does very competently and with great ease-of-use.

Pros

has a clean, colorful, and visual interface that makes navigating tasks and boards easier than many competitors, lowering the learning curve for new users and teams. It offers highly customizable boards, workflows, and multiple viewing options (Kanban, Timeline, Gantt or Calendar) with built-in automation that lets you reduce repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.

Cons

requires a minimum of three paid users, and essential features (Gantt charts, time tracking, advanced reporting) are often locked behind more expensive tiers. Although functional, the mobile app doesn’t always match desktop capabilities and has some issues.

### "Our Go-To place for Professional Client Implementation"

May 4, 2026

5.0

As a Solution Deployment Manager, my goal is to make the transition from "Sold" to "Live" as seamless as possible. acts as our digital "Front Door" for clients. It has standardized our implementation methodology through custom templates that we spin up for every new project. By using the platform as a collaborative hub, we’ve drastically reduced the "Where do we stand?" emails. Clients appreciate the professional, organized interface, and my team appreciates having a centralized place for documents, communication, and task tracking.

Pros

For client-facing implementation, Shareable Boards are the standout feature. They allow me to invite clients into a dedicated workspace where they have 24/7 visibility into their onboarding journey without seeing our internal-only boards. The "Battery Widget" and Gantt views are incredibly helpful for "client health" reporting as they provide an immediate, visual sense of progress that builds trust. I also rely on automations to drive the timeline.

Cons

Managing guest permissions can sometimes be a bit of a manual chore when dealing with large client teams.

### "Repeat customer - great experience"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall I am very happy with and would recommend it to others. The customer service is helpful and the system is a huge time saver.

Pros

I have used in my last 2 roles and both were able to take manual processes and drive material improvements. The automations make it much easier to drive process flows and it is a very user friendly platform with quick adaptation.

Cons

There are some lags while automations are running which can be a nuisance. Additionally, there are limits in the logic and board structures (such as not being able to use "or" statements). The board structures can be limiting but this is not too much of an issue if you plan accordingly.

### "The Ultimate Visual Hub for Operational Efficiency and Team Collaboration"

May 11, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been excellent. It has significantly improved our team's coordination and transparency. We used it to track distribution tasks and inventory projects, and it helped us identify bottlenecks that we previously missed. It has effectively replaced several scattered spreadsheets and consolidated our communication into one place, making our operations much more efficient.

Pros

What I like most about is its highly visual and intuitive interface. As someone with a background in logistics management, the ability to customize boards to track complex supply chain workflows is a game-changer. The automation features are incredibly powerful—reducing manual data entry and ensuring that my team stays updated on every task status in real-time. It’s not just a task manager; it’s a full operational hub.

Cons

While the platform is very flexible, the learning curve for advanced automations and integrations can be a bit steep for new users. Additionally, the pricing structure can become quite expensive as you add more team members or require higher-tier features. I also found that the notification system can be a bit overwhelming if not properly configured from the start.

### "Monday Streamlining efficiency "

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, it’s a strong tool if you want something flexible, visual, and scalable—especially for project-based work like construction, operations, or admin workflows. If you're already managing bids, RFIs, and submittals, it can definitely streamline your process once it's set up properly.

Pros

My overall experience with is largely positive, especially for project management and team coordination—but it’s not without a few trade-offs. On the strong side, it’s very intuitive and visually driven. The board layout (similar to spreadsheets but much more flexible) makes it easy to track tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities at a glance. Customization is one of its biggest advantages—you can build workflows that match construction projects, bid tracking, submittals, or office operations without needing heavy technical skills. Automations (like status updates, reminders, or notifications) save a lot of manual follow-up, which is useful when managing multiple jobs or vendors.

Cons

Pricing can climb quickly as your team grows or if you need advanced features. Also, while it’s easy to start, more complex setups (like dependencies, advanced automations, or integrations) can take time to fully optimize.

### "Small Business gives Monday.com 10/10"

April 27, 2026

5.0

I have used for 5 years and recommend it to everyone I know with a small business. It helps our team stay organized and efficient when creating social media content for 25+ businesses.

Pros

I love how our team can communicate through it and use automations to make us more efficient. The ease of use is so helpful as I invite clients as guests to view their content we create for them. I also feel like you get so much value for your money with and recommend it to a lot of small business owners.

Cons

I wish it had a scheduling feature for social media so we didn't have to copy and paste our content from over to meta scheduling. I wish also the phone view for docs was better as my clients tend to complain about not being able to read the full column or row. They also complain about the board view from a phone is hard to open up the text box and read everything as well.

### "Great tool for project organization and team collaboration"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. It’s a powerful and user-friendly tool that significantly improves organization and team collaboration. It helps centralize information, streamline workflows, and maintain clarity across projects. With improvements in subitem customization and deadline notifications, it would be even more complete.

Pros

I love how effective is for organizing projects and tasks. It’s very intuitive to set up boards, track progress, and keep everything aligned. The ability to mention teammates directly within tasks makes collaboration seamless. I also find it very useful to manage deadlines and keep visibility on delivery dates. Another strong point is how easy it is to attach and organize different types of files—images, videos, and links—all in one place.

Cons

One limitation I’ve noticed is with subitems. Sometimes it’s not very easy to customize the columns for each subitem, which can make more detailed task breakdowns less flexible than expected. I would also like to have clearer or more proactive alerts or notifications when a task is about to reach its due date.
