It's got a simple, organized interface to get started, but you'll discover there are a lot of extra features that make it very flexible. I use it for both project management, content tracking, and creating a shared content calendar, and I still feel like I haven't delved that deeply into all of its features. Pros It's so simple to get started creating boards for project management, content tracking, and much more. There are lots of built-in templates to give you ideas on how to leverage Monday for your company. Easy to share and collaborate, and users will understand the "spreadsheet" interface immediately. It's highly expandable with lots of different integrations with other software you're probably using. Cons Cloud-based software isn't as fast and responsive as locally installed software. It's fairly streamlined, but there are multiple types of notes you can create - you'll have to make sure your organization creates some basic policies so that everyone uses the tool in the same way, and you don't miss any critical information. We recommend it to keep good track of the work of the entire team, and to have a better control of accessibility to the content of others. Pros Monday.com is a good service to work with a large number of documents for projects. The platform is also useful for working with boards, or I know if you want to track the cost of each project until its completion. Cons With Monday.com you can't get a wider Gantt layout. It does not have billing tools for projects, nor electronic signature management system. Nor does it have internal customer evaluation or source tracking systems. They're continually making imrovements and adding features. Nothing I can do about the price. Pros It's easy to use and fairly intuitive, so there's really not much of a learning curve - you can just pick it up and start using it which is a huge time saver. Cons Compared to other similar software on the market, it's gotten pricey! I believe it's so pricey because they need to fund their massive marketing campaign. Pros This software started as a basic follow-up tool for a to do list. I convinced my entire office to switch to it as Monday is not syncable with Google calendars and even Slack! This integration made this the perfect tool for my small office to collaborate on projects, track deadlines and email our ETA to our clients. That made my life very easy and more productive, I find it to be the best planning tool for me, it allows me to plan and break down things more easier and realistically to avoid panic, overthinking and anxiety. Ever since I've started using Monday.com my life has changed for the better, even the people around me noticed the change. Pros It's the ease of use and access and obviously being able to track productivity as a team and staying on top of things to boost productivity. Pros Socialmedia planning is erg overzichtelijk. Doordat je met meerdere mensen tegelijk in het bestand kan werken zorgt dit voor een goede en snelle samenwerking tussen collega's. Daarnaast is het met het gebruik van kleuren Cons Je dient te betalen na een paar dagen. The setup and automation take a little while to learn but once you've got those down, you have a very efficient task manager. Pros I like how you can create different boards for different tasks. I like how you can create priorities for each task along with due dates. I also like you can create steps of progression for the task, that way you know how far along each person assigned the task is with their responsibilities. I like the interface and the way the app looks like when you're using it. The integration with Slack is nice as well. Cons I do not like how there isn't an app for my laptop. I wish I didn't have to go to the website to access it. After it helped with the upgrade we kept it to keep track of all business related projects. It's helpful in meetings and to share information from different locations. Pros Easy to assign staff to different projects so they get updates and can respond. Tracks all open projects and the different boards are useful. I love the use of color, drag-and-drop, file attachments, intensive word processing format options for updates, "seen" tags, mobile notifications. Ultimately, a successful project about getting it done, accomplished as a team, not checking off a personal to-do list. And Monday makes that easy to see. Pros Monday.com, formerly known as dapulse, is a great tool for collaborating with team members. On your dashboard, you have "boards" with rows that display tasks that need to be completed and their current progress. Monday.com allows you to customize many aspects, along with being able to send comments, switch between desktop and mobile and receive notifications, making it highly beneficial in making sure projects are completed as needed but it takes a little time to get things right at first. With a free trial, you can see how it works before paying for a subscription but it's important to keep in mind that Monday.com charges by groups rather than per individual user. Cons The lack of mark-up tools for PDFs meant that we had to use another software and it would be more efficient to have the capability to create recurring tasks rather than manually duplicating them as needed.
