Though it was affordable, I probably lost business as a result in the final analysis.

Pros

That it was very affordable and that it was HIPAA compliant. The app was relatively easy to navigate as well

Cons

There were constant snags, customer service had left what to be desired and one of the features never worked at all, such as the texting feature.

Reason for choosing Phone.com

It was the cheapest HIPAA compliant service available.

Good product, not super great. Ended up switching to something that fit my needs better

Pros

Very basic and bare bones. Good for the price depending on what you want to do with it.

Cons

Integrations weren’t very friendly, and if they were, they were more expensive.

Great customer experience - very helpful support team! For small businesses, Phone.com is a professional business phone system that not only saves you money, but lets you work from anywhere on any device.

Pros

Very easy to set up Phone.com services. Works perfectly on my android, Mac, and IP deskphone.

Cons

No complaints so far. It's very intuitive and whenever we had questions, their support team solved our issue without any problems.

Pros

I cant say enough great things. We love how it is over the internet so our phone service can go anywhere. When our office may be closed due to the weather, we can turn our phones on and work from home! They give you the options to set up personal voicemails, greetings and auto attendant menus! SEE WHATS UP WITH PHONE.COM!

Cons

There is absolutely nothing wrong here. There website system is a little tricky to get used if you're not technically literate, but you get the hang of it.

Overall, this is helping me get in touch with clients without needing an expensive second cell phone.

Pros

I like that the interface is simple to understand and is easy to integrate onto my phone without confusion.

Cons

I do not like that I must get onto a computer to set up features such as voicemail and texting. There's limitations to what I can do from my phone.

### "Shady business practices"

When I was talking to a sales rep I was informed that number will cost me 150usd plus 200 usd if I wanted international calls enabled right away. Credit from enabling international calls was applied to my account and I was informed - I have screenshots of conversations, that if this 200 usd credit is unused it will be refunded back to me. When I closed the account I was told that it will not be refunded as they have 30 days limit on this. This was not disclosed to me nor was anywhere in their terms. This is shady business practice. I do not recommend this service.

Shady business practices. I was told that 200 usd payment I had to make to enable international calls right away will be refunded to me if any of it is left unused. But upon closing my account they would not do it, claiming there was 30 days limit on this.

Pros

I like being able to call customers without giving them my cell number. Their app is very easy to use. There are many features available.

Cons

It is hard to navigate. Right now I am trying to figure out why my phone calls are no longer being forwarded to our customer support email. I have not messed with the settings at all and I stopped receiving notifications. There are many things I can't figure out how to do on Phone.com

The only Pro I have is the price. I don't think there is any other pro.

Cons

This business is a scam. They make it impossible to cancel your account. They also raise the price of it without informing you. I had to go through 4 people to cancel my account. DO NOT SIGN UP!

Loved that this software allowed us to make and receive calls as well as set up conference calls with customers.

Cons

Crashed a few times. Not sure if it is something that is redundant because it happens. Nothing is entirely foolproof

Awful.

Pros

It's nice that you're able to speak to someone although you will be on hold for 40 minutes to then be told you cannot return an overpriced VoIP phone.

Cons

The customer service department is inadequate and cannot do anything including accept a return. They prefer to put you on hold to the point you want to hang up.

Phone.com is a great tool for a small business. I was able to buy an awesome 800 number from them and have it forwarded to my office phone. I can also set up call schedules, different levels of forwarding, and voicemail- text. Great software and highly recommend. Fair rates too.

The user interface is sometimes clunky, there are months that it's more services that I actually need
