“Its report generating feature is very good and beneficial. If you are from the IT field then resolver helps you a lot in valuable management, cyber threats tracking or policy compliance. But like every tool it also has some weaknesses and one of its disadvantages is that its price can be a bit costly for small or startup companies. And training is also required for this because its features are of very advanced level but if you get trained with it then it becomes very beneficial and smooth for you.“

Great experience, they have been really helpful and the tech support team are always willing to help and respond quickly.

Pros

Library-based solution with integrations between Risk and Audit. I enjoy that I can customize reports and processes to meet our organization's needs.

Cons

User setup can be confusing when onboarding new employees into the software. There are so many custom items a user can have access to it can be difficult to identify the correct options.

setup was a bit difficult but once you are through it should be pretty simple. as the interface is quite user friendly.

From the initial deployment, I have had the full attention of teh team, and I made many requests, each one was dealt with on a timely basis and with that support, I was able to design our program to be easy to use, and "idiot proof" - lolol

Pros

Support is stellar! No matter what the issue may be, whether its a question, or a configuration request, the turn around time is spot-on.

Cons

There's really nothing I don't like. This is truly an awesome company.

Resolver makes incident management and risk assessment incredibly efficient. The interface is user-friendly, and the automation features save so much time. The integration options with other security tools are also a big plus!

Cons

The initial setup takes some time, and there’s a bit of a learning curve. However, once everything is configured, it works seamlessly.

Overall, a great experience. The system delivers in many ways, is easy to use by end users who do not use the system on a daily basis and is reliable. Also feel very supported by the Resolver support team when we need help or guidance.

Pros

Resolver is extremely flexible. We have managed to develop out from core risk management and compliance processes to adapt to other areas of the business such as people and insurance processes whilst maintaining the connectivity of an enterprise system.

Cons

The reporting could be improved to deliver better presented reports that can transfer directly into board reporting

It was so easy. I supplied some basic information, and they did all the work.

Pros

I actually used Resolver when the Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) claims came to light. There were people having refunds of thousands. This was the case if you had lots of loans. I had a small buy-now-pay-later over a 4-year period and a further similar product, but both, so small that I thought a claim would be insignificant. The claim window was about to end for everyone so I sent a few details into Resolver (recommended by Money Saving Expert website). They did all the work for free, and paid me £400 in total!

Cons

It's just having the confidence to fill the online forms out and go for it.

I think that ability to customise forms and reports and the ease of it means you don't have to depend on a third party to do it for you really allow for you to improve and adapt new process quickly and with little fuss.

Cons

Pretty good. Simple, efficient and straightforward to use :)

Pros

Keeps a record of all the incidents/CA/Issues within the organisation. Love how theres a Relationship graph to show whats connected. Great how you can pull up a Incident Summary report to show the severity/status of the incidents - would be good if you could export it or download it).

Cons

Would be good if there is a function where Admin users can create Mandatory requirements for the users to fill out.

So far it has been great, still working through it as a new user, will need to get better feedback form the business as it gets further communicated and implemented.

Pros

The Service and support provided was excellent. I was able to get super quick responses and direction from my resolver account manager and also the ticket lodgment and support team was so good and give direction.

Cons

The system can be a bit a little complex in certain aspects, for example in a formulating the forms and understand the back in rules can be hard. Might be helpful to potentially have some quick video generated on the more complex items that might be seen across as feedback from various users. I'm sure once you get a better handle of certain intricacies of formulating the requirements, its easy to work through but then, if there is no technical expertise on the back-end system rules, it can be a little frustrating to move ahead on next steps.

Great company that is always moving forward. Fun to work with, innovative and true partners.

Pros

It’s so easy to build really user friendly and simple forms and workflows which is the difference between adoption and no adoption. We love the flexibility.

Cons

The hierarchy view doesn’t support 1-1 relationships. Reporting layout and flexibility could be better. Trending could be better and linked to changes in workflow states rather than just predefined time periods. Not easy to see historical history without having to build a “history” object type (point in time reporting is not obvious to the user)

We have used this product for the last 12 years and are very satisficed with all of the features that we currently use!

Cons

On occasion there are bugs that need to be addressed and it could take a couple of days to resolve. The dictionary updates are only temporary and any words saved to the dictionary are only save for the open session.

I have a positive experience with this software. It is a great tool to identify risk and provide action to mitigate that risk. It provides conclusive and accurate risk assessment of our critical building assets in healthcare.

Pros

the software is a great tool to identify risk and develop risk reduction strategy for our hospital facilities managers. The reporting is easy and if we want a feature changed the technical support is helpful and understanding to our needs. The heat map is also a useful tool for providing managers an idea of current risk levels and post mitigation risk levels. The software is also useful for sharing new strategies with other site managers that may have a similar risk on a critical asset and the workshops help share this experience with all users.

Cons

Sometimes I do have a hard time navigating the software and it's not as intuitive but I am also new to this and feel more comfortable hosting risk management workshops

Pros

The analytics and reports allow quick and easy generation of charts and graphs to demonstrate to our user groups and senior management where the company is at most risk.

Cons

Some of the key information is not easily searchable, which means for long waiting periods. Moving files into the program is limiting.
