It worked adequately for this purpose. Cons The automatic annual auto-renew was an inconvenience for us to deal with, I would recommend that ISMS reconsiders this policy. The customer support is fantastic. Cons Some of the features that are referenced within some of the controls are not provided as standard and are available at additional cost, but we only found out about them as we worked through the system and the controls. Rude company with sketchy business practices. They try to get you to sign a proposal with over-promises and then stop following up shortly after. They don’t care if you get ISO 27001 certified or not. Pros There really was nothing I liked about the platform. It was so bad that immediately after we were given access, we switched to Vanta when we realized how much better it was. Cons Their sales team told us they had seamless integrations where isms.online does all the work. Just look at their market site. The reality is that their product costs $1k+/year more than Vanta while being hopelessly behind in sophistication and critical functionality. So rather than trying to get better, they’ll try to bait you into accepting a proposal while promising the moon about how easy it’ll all be. It has saved companies I have worked for thousands in consultancy fee'snd allowed ISO27001 to be implemented in weeks. Pros The policies come with the platform and speak to each other, as well as coming with great guidance to tailor them to he business. Cons This survey is way too long to fill out.
