We love the flexibility. Also the tech support is helpful, as it does take some technical knowledge to set it up in great detail. But they are good about responding. We've also found the tracking to be pretty reliable, even when connecting it to various programs and domains, and we like being able to customize the affiliate access portal and let them log in to view their own stats. Additionally, we like the custom reporting options. Cons It can be somewhat complicated to set up, since it allows for a lot of options and takes some technical knowledge.
