Great they help you also in bad times, they always answer quick and have solutions for you you feel that they want your business to work and understand entrepreneur ship.

Pros

It always works, completely flawless. The customer support is literally top of the notch, I use a lot of saas programs etc . but PAP customer support is the best. Almost everyone in the chat is qualified to help and if not special department gets back right away next Day. I like that even when you need a special solution thy do if for you i need a plugin they creted it for me with very fair pricing.

Cons

For being honest, I am on PAP for already more than 8 years now , and I will never use a different platform for my Affiliate program

Pros

Creating a new affiliate/affiliate sign up was relatively easy.

Cons

This program had been set up with my company’s website for about two years, and was not tracking properly - my company continued to pay monthly for two years and the software didn’t even work. I found this out shortly after joining the team. The manual payouts were also complicated and time-consuming.

Pros

The tracking just works. I have been using PAP for years in various businesses and with clients and it is reliable.

Cons

It's not super fancy, the interface is a little outdated, and it isn't the most affiliate-friendly platform.

Overall i started using it and it was great but now I am not so sure. I went to akother site but I am not having as much luck there.

Pros

I love the ease and abilities of the program in helping me find the right clients. I enjoy that it was helping me along the way.

Cons

Not having a video to watch easily for tutorials that I could access on my android phone. If that could be fixed that woukd be great!

The overall experience has been positive with only minor drawbacks. Pricing is well worth it.

Pros

Ease of integration, advanced tracking code features, callback/S2S reliability, catalog of plugins and features, mobile integration capabilities, dashboard/theme customization options, and — last but not least — the availability and promptness of their support team.

Cons

The payout affiliates menu is lacking in features, particularly with regard to per-affiliate time zone settings for cut-off times.

I have tried managing several affiliate campaigns at once and Post Affiliate Pro always gets the commissions right even if the affiliate uses a shortened URL or a link redirect. This has proven effective in improving the business relations with the partners and reduce cases of payout issues.

Cons

At some point I had to edit the reports several times which hampered the month-end analysis of the company’s performance.
