Wonderful. It is easy to use even for our least tech literate employees. It is a quick onboarding process and makes all aspects of our company run much smoother.

Pros

Easy of use! It is the most simple and easy lay out for our employees to use without being confused. The templates are also a huge plus for getting texts out to clients as quickly and easily as possible.

Cons

Sometimes having issues with the sending messages but IT team usually quick to resolve.

This has truly been a game changer for our small company. It has made communication easier and has saved us time overall.

Pros

We love that everyone on our team can use the same account which makes it very convenient for us all to stay informed with outgoing and incoming messages. We also love that texts can be scheduled in advance.

Cons

It is still very glitchy and the program needs to be refreshed a lot for it to update. There is not an option to have an automated greeting when someone tries to call the number.

Pros

I like that I have a central place to message my customers on an individual basis, with a well designed platform where I can keep track of individual conversions. A lot of competing services required that I link to them via APIs, where I just wanted a direct solution.

Cons

I would prefer if we could purchase packs or plans rather than paying per message.

Unfortunately by the time we had transitioned our business to the software it was too late to change. I would reccomend you research your options. This type of platform is great but any business with poor support is a very risky investment. I've since seen other platforms that look to run a better service.

Pros

The interface is great, have made some great updates which have made it even easier to use

Cons

Often have messages that don't get delivered and there's no way to know or check. Makes it very difficult to use for business communications. Support had no interest in helping, just gave me unrealistic requirements to be able to even look into it.

Exprerience has been very horrible. 1) Everyday there is delay in sending the sms to users (MFA SMS) 2) Support has no clue with issue on their system, so never get confirmation if there is issue on textmagic 3) Once the issue is resolved there is no report to update about the issue i.e reason for issue and what steps are taken to avoid it in future.

Pros

Have used Text Magic for our MFA SMS service for more then 5 years

Cons

Textmagic has lost its reliblity which we got three years ago

Rock solid product. There was a billing error, that, once dicovered, they quickly rectified.

Pros

Customer support. Second, their interface to send text messages is intuetive and easy to use.

Cons

They are not based in USA, accordingly, they are under the repressive EU regime. Yet, when given those lemmons, they make wonderful lemmonaid and deliver a great product.

Our small professional association wanted to incorporate text marketing into its marketing mix. Textmagic was the perfect solution for where we are now. The pay-as-you-go model is ideal for our small budget and limited usage. It was very easy to set up, and very intuitive to use. The only thing we don't like is that it doesn't integrate with our shopping cart or email provider. But for the limited amount we're using it right now, we're able to make it work.

Pros

Textmagic is a fantastic solution for organizations on a small budget. And it's really easy to set up and use - very intuitive!

Cons

We weren't able to integrate it with Woo Commerce or Mailchimp, which limits how much we use it.

For something I am obligated to use daily, it makes my job harder. And this is just to send text messages, forget trying to do anything more complex like sending a picture. Here's one of long list of things: If I send a group text, let me send another message to that same group or make it editable if I have to add/delete someone with a single-click process.

Pros

It performs its basic functions somewhat properly.

Cons

How does a site primarily functioning as a text messaging service crash and glitch regularly? This site's interface is clumsy and dated. I suggest using other apps and compare it to yours.

Can't imagine "better than DMs" texting without Textmagic!

Pros

It's so easy to connect with online clients through a business text number - Textmagic makes it idiot-proof to get your business set up and sales templates in going!

Cons

I wish it was back to the lower threshold of $10 before refills (or that they had that option) for low-use accounts. In between launches, I often don't need a lot of texting capacity for follow-ups.

Cons

I don’t like the iOS app always asking me to enter password after so many logins. Then requiring a text code validation. I’d rather it integrate with Face ID.

TextMagic makes it easy for us. Every day we text an unlimited number of customers whose insurance premiums have changed. Our customer express appreciation for the text message.

Pros

I appreciate the pay-as-you-go option and not having to be locked into a contract. Our company is changing systems, so the no-contract option is best for our current situation. The customized templates making sending text messages so easy. The Block feature is comforting that we won't accidentally text a customer who stated did not want to receive text messages. I really love the Scheduled Text feature. This allows me to prepare the list of texts early in the AM and have them delivered after a certain time or divide the customer messages in spurts instead of all at once. I also like to see the text replies right in Text Magic.

Cons

This isn't necessarily a con because I don't know if it's possible, but I wonder if TextMagic can be integrated with the new account system that we get next year and automatically send text messages under defined account conditions. I would like for a customer to be able to reply to a message "stop" or something and that number be added automatically to the Blocked list. Is TextMagic going to incorporate mass Email one day?

I managed to launch successful promotional and communications campaign, and have the message get right away to the targeted audience as compared to other means where the message opening rate is low (email) or where the message gets lost in a flood of content (social media). Great experience. I definitely recommend.

Pros

I love the fact that their SMS delivery rate are almost at 100%. The SMS length calculator is very useful and helps in saving costs. Their pre-build SMS templates are very useful and helps save time and copy-writing efforts. Best of all, the multiple numbers from which the SMS can be sent, if not the most sought Custom Sender ID, for optimal branding.

Cons

I would appreciate that the prices get lower, or packs for unlimited SMS's for a day for example, were available.

A central text messaging platform that allows a whole team to send and reply to text messages from anywhere. Very simple, and has stopped my phone buzzing and no longer need to pass out my personal phone number.

Pros

After growing the business beyond the capabilities of my iPhone keyboard for texting customers, I moved to TextMagic because of its Zapier integration and simplicity. Works as expected, is simple and very well thought out.

Cons

A few things which doesn't work for MY particular company but may be necessary for others is: - "Chats" tab doesn't show an outgoing message in no reply has been returned (as if it were Android or iOS, or Facebook) You have to go into "History" tab until a message as been returned - If you set up seperate roles under the same company, you can't see who has replied to which text, this is on an individual login basis. Like I said there may be reasons for this design, but it doesn't work with my company and workflow so we've had to share the password to the main account. A minor issue in the scheme of things.

Overall it's a solid tool with little to no issues to speak of. There are other options out there but this one works reliably for us.

Pros

The backend is easy to use and intuitive and it was a breeze to set up our texts, lists, and contacts.

Cons

The one thing I wish it did and have confirmed with their support team that it doesn't is to run campaigns for weekdays only, omitting the weekends.

TextMagic has been an amazing quick and easy tool for our Family Law business. We use it mostly to collect debts, and people respond much more favourably to SMS than they do email and by phone. The platform is quick and easy to use and we rely on TextMagic for our collections. We have also been using it for some time now, and send quite a few SMS's a day and we still have not gotten past $50.00. Great value for money. I also love the template feature, we can quickly and easily send out SMS to our clients.

Pros

Ease of use, very easy to send out Collection SMS to clients and they can respond too

Cons

Nothing, I have to say that our experience has been great
