However, its mobile experience can significantly undermine productivity for field crews due to ongoing stability and performance concerns. If your team relies heavily on mobile access in the field, these limitations are important to weigh. Pros This has made it much easier for project management and a lot smoother process. Much better than the way it used to be. Cons There are a few small things that are still not as good as i would have hoped but i can deal with them. I was lied to multiple times throughout the process. Pros Unfortunately, I didn't like anything about the software. Cons I was lied to during the sales process. I was told the app was free and it is not free. Later I was told it is free to download but you need to be a paid user to open the app. I was also told it would help with Job Costing but it doesn't. It's basically expensive scheduling software. I was told it would integrate with Hyphen solutions, it did not do that either. The app is a mess and difficult to use. Cons As a user once I complete a job it gets cleared from my queue and I can't see my jobs I have completed for the week.
