Approving invoices is super easy because I can see the invoice, review contracts and then ensure that invoices line up with expectations. It's also easy to chat and leave comments about invoices. Pros It keeps me updated and notified on invoices that need to be approved and reviewed. It's been good at keeping communication open between me and accounts payable. Cons I think the main thing is having to look into another platform to find a copy of a past invoice. Where as before Stampli I'd have a copy of the invoice in my email. Not that big of a deal but something out of my normal workflow but I can adjust to the process. Review Source LT Lexi T. Pros Easy to use and very simple. The interface is really nice and easy to navigate. Login and setting up is very easy too. Cons The only con on my end for Stampli is that my inventory software does not link, but that has more to do with the inventory software and not Stampli. Cons There were two instances where Stampli incorrectly coded an invoice to a different vendor based on the invoice format. It did not pick up the vendor name listed on the invoice and assumed it was for an entirely different vendor. Training the other users was also easy. Pros The ease of coding and routing as well as seeing past invoices during the coding process. It's fully digital Cons Haven't found any yet. I would like to see more tutorials on the reporting side of things, but have been able to navigate easily to see what I needed to see. The implementation processed seemed long, didn't provide what we were looking for and we had low cost for implementation and were able to abort at any point if wanted to. So far we love it. Pros Makes the invoice process system 10 times easier Cons When I go to an invoice that has been paid through Stampli I am not able to click on the check and it take me to the payment. I would have to copy the check or ACH number and paste it into the search bar. I think that would be a good feature to add. Their team is great to work with and I look forward to seeing how else Stampli can improve our AP operations. Pros Stampli has improved our AP processing immensely by reducing time, labor, and risk of error with its incredible AI bot, Billy and easy to use functions. Highly recommend for any AP needs big or small. Cons There's not much to dislike about Stampli but it would be a great feature in the future to have AI read and verify contracts against invoices if we don't have POs. Pros Stampli is very user friendly to clearly see pertinent information without having to search or dig. It makes it easy to approve/reject with ability to put notes to explain. It also has several relevant options in the drop downs and makes it easy to send to someone else or inform it is not your invoice. Invoices are not my favorite so this helps a lot! Cons Sometimes a bulk review option would be helpful. It is helpful in general to review each invoice individually but in some cases there are parts of a whole that could be approved in bulk. Due date reminders are a great help, and the search feature makes finding old document a breeze. Text recognition within document is also a huge help. Cons The My Past Invoices tab has a short history. I would like more options to open in a new tab. When I have 50 invoices awaiting approval, I would like to open the invoices in a new tab, rather than have to open a new tab manually and scroll back through my invoices to find the one I'm looking for.
