My experience with Stampli has been positive. It has helped me keep invoice approvals organized, and my Accounting department happy with me because I am approving invoices faster than before.

Pros

I love that Stampli puts all of the invoices that I have to approve for our company in one easy to manage space. In the past, I would be searching emails from various coworkers to approve but now, I just login and zoom through the process.

I am overall very satisfied with Stampli. They are continuously improving the AI and other capabilities in the system, and customer support is super responsive if you do run into issues or have questions.

Pros

Stampli is very intuitive to use and was simple to get connected to our Sage environment. It is quite easy to train new employees and users on the system.

Cons

You cannot limit the GL accounts in Stampli, so users have access to accounts they should not use, which can increase the review time. However, the AI helps greatly in suggesting the correct coding.

Having recently integrated Stampli into our finance operations, I can confidently say it was a seamless and efficient experience. The platform is incredibly intuitive and fast to deploy. From the get-go, the helpful AI, Billy the Bot, began automating coding for our AP Department. It's easy to use at all levels and adapts well to our varied needs.

Pros

The mobile app and the seamless payment processing, alongside its credit card functions. It has provided real-time information, a centralized source of truth and documentation, and allowed us to expand our operations smoothly.

Cons

Some limitations on filtering coding screen. Some issues with expedited check payments. Still in progress of some high lever enhancements.

The program itself is fantastic. We went through an accounting system conversion last year and they were nowhere near helpful. If you don't use QuickBooks, Stampli isn't as great.
