I've been using Uscreen since the end of last year, and I’m really happy with it. I recently moved my membership over to Uscreen, and it's been a great decision for both me and my members. Since I run a video membership, finding a platform that focuses on video and streaming was super important to me. Uscreen has been exactly what we needed. The video integration is smooth, and the platform is really easy to use, which makes my life a lot easier. One thing I absolutely love is having an app. It’s such a great experience for both me and my members. Plus, the ability to easily upsell different aspects of the membership based on what people are viewing or accessing is a huge bonus. I can already see this increasing our income as we continue to grow with our current customer base. But what I love most is what my members have been saying. They’ve been really positive about the new experience, saying it’s easy to find what they’re looking for and that the video quality is top-notch. The switch was smooth, and it’s clear they’re enjoying the upgrade. If you’re looking for a platform that gets how important video is, I’d definitely recommend Uscreen. It’s made a big difference for us.

Pros

The app is the best part! It creates such an amazing experience for me, my team, and my members. It makes it so much easier to connect with everyone, no matter if they have a phone, laptop, or tablet.

Cons

I wish the video description could be hidden from those who aren't members. It would also be amazing if we could upload different forms of content (i.e., text, multimedia, etc) to improve the learning experience. You can upload Resources; however, it isn't easy to update them, and members sometimes have a hard time accessing them.

It's been frustrating. Our company often feels like we signed on with a start up company and just have to grit our teeth through the growing pains. They do seem to be working on that growth, but not always in the areas we need to best serve our customer base.

Pros

It's pretty. It comes with an app. It's nice to be able to reach out to chat support rather than just emailing.

Cons

The community notifications are ridiculous. Let's say you get 50 new notifications and you go to respond to each one. You'll initially see all 50 have a red dot next to them, indicating that they haven't been opened or responded to. The second you click on ONE of them, ALL dots go away and you now get to keep track mentally of what you've responded to (or not), and hope you don't miss any. We have been requesting this feature for the entire two years we've been with uscreen. Seems like it's too difficult to implement.

It’s empowering to have a platform that not only supports the success of my business but also provides exceptional guidance every step of the way.

Pros

What I love most about Uscreen is how intuitive the platform is and the complete transparency it provides in analytics. Having clear, reliable data allows me to confidently make business decisions without any guesswork.

Cons

I do wish there were more customization options for the website layout and the ability to integrate a blog directly within Uscreen’s backend instead of using a third-party solution.

It has been EXCELLENT from start to finish! We had an easy migration with a very helpful and knowledgeable team of migration specialists. After that, it was easy to organize our VOD content and host livestream events. Our members love the Community and Calendar features because it helps them connect with us and the community and stay on top of their fitness goals.

Pros

Our membership DOUBLED in 6 months! The platform is very user-friendly, includes great features to reduce churn and engage members, and has superior analytics. Monthly meetings with our Customer Success Manager keep us updated on new features and help us maximize our growth potential.

Cons

There are honestly no cons. Our company tried 3 different platforms before finding Uscreen, and they were nowhere near as good.

Overall, my experience with Uscreen has been great! I like how much I can provide to my members. In fact, there are a couple features on Uscreen I have not been able to use quite yet but I'm excited about their feature and when I get to the point of being able to put them to use.

Pros

The thing I like most about the Uscreen platform is the way I can connect with my members. Being able to connect with my members via Zoom and hearing their questions, being able to communicate with them more efficiently, has been a gamechanger. The members really appreciate it too.

Cons

The platform does not have the opportunity to provide documents unless said document is attached to a video. With what I do, I provide a lot of documents such as patterns, charts, worksheets, and forms that don't naturally have a video to attach to sometimes and I have to spend extra time creating some kind of video just to provide a document to my members. It's cumbersome.

Solid - great customer support and a nice product overall! I haven't had any issues getting a hold of support if I need it and/or have a question.

Pros

That is very easy to navigate and looks professional. It reminds me a lot of Netflix with how it is setup.

Cons

You can't get the videos to loop or slow down. Sometimes the wifi or cell signal you have affects the quality of the video too.

There are pros and cons to Uscreen, but once you're a member there is a lot of support to help make your membership succeed.

Pros

Uscreen has been our video hosting website since we October 2022. The website and back-end interface are user-friendly enough, allowing us to focus on creating quality content without much technical issues. Their customer support is always helpful and responsive. We chose Uscreen for its community features, and the ability for our audience to comment on specific videos has fostered a strong sense of engagement and community.

Cons

Despite its strengths, Uscreen has some notable downsides. The analytics are not as detailed or informative as we would like, although we are hopeful about the improvements they're making. The most significant drawback has been the outrageous increase in cost per subscriber. This substantial hike was difficult to budget in since our operations costs are already very high, but we decided to stay with Uscreen due to the overall benefits. While there are areas needing enhancement, such as analytics, back end community notifications and pricing, we are overall happy with them. I really miss when Uscreen had their community on Facebook, I feel like there's a lack of interaction on their Uscreen community since we had the switch.

Stress free, reliable, and a little inspiring. Giving us the confident to create even more content.

Pros

We switched over from another streaming service provider (Dacast). And our experience with them wasn't the best, so we were a little weary. However Uscreen took the stress away completely from streaming. Their system is robust, easy to follow, and very inuitive. We had a very useful and informative onbaording session with our account manager, which set the tone of our Uscreen experience so far.

Cons

In all honest, nothing. Their platform has evolved with tools and features very useful to a small niche broadcaster like us. Some features perhaps can be better grouped and configured on the site, but this is purely cosmetic. Everything works really well.

Uscreen makes it super easy to setup your own platform and the controls in the backend make it easy to manage as a solopreneur. They go above and beyond to help you get you up to speed on how to use Uscreen and they're quick to respond if I have any questions or concerns.

Cons

I would love more features to be able to sort and drip email campaigns to my leads within Uscreen so I don't have to use a different email software

I've moved my movement platform to Uscreen from Kajabi after experiencing how much it would improve the user experience of my members. The Uscreen team is dynamic and dedicated - updates are frequent and the community can submit feature requests freely. The way the sites and apps are build is well optimised for video content. From features like filters, playlists, livestream to well designed forum, I believe Usceen has really helped my business flourish. The customer support is also faster than in any other service I've used.

\- Fast support response times - In built apps for iOS and Android - Filtering and playlist system for videos - Community forum for my members - Clear admin system

Cons

\- No localised currencies - No paid trial option - Internal livestream software has been hit and miss so far - Minimal customisation options for in built marketing features

When building a digital community that you intend on selling product to, it's clear thats where Uscreen's focus is. That, in itself, has helped me rethink my "old-style" product strategy and embrace more modern ways of thinking how to engage your community and create value that they don't mind subscribing to. I think Uscreen has its finger on the pulse of the content creator community at large and is best-suited for supporting us as customers more than any other platform out there.

Pros

The team at Uscreen is top-notch and ultra-supportive. The technical capabilities of the platform are the perfect balance of power vs. usability. Their CMS system works great if you're trying to set up a basic web site as a storefront for your product. Payment processing integration works flawlessly. Community tools and live streaming are game changers.

Cons

Being new to this, I didn't have anything that I liked "least". Instead, I think there are some areas of confusion in the interface and feature set that could more easily be explained by their already-great online documentation. That said, their online chat service with real people helped me navigate some of those challenges early on.

Excellent. The platform has steadily improved during the four years I've been with them. Their support is outstanding, video playback is smooth and consistent, payment processing integration with Stripe works well.

Pros

They are constantly improving the features and their education and support.

Sometimes, new features that get released are somewhat underdeveloped and therefore not useful until major improvements are made.

### "The Best Premium Video on Demand Services"

Pros

Uscreen has an intuitive user-interface, making it a breeze to set up any video on demand service. Add to it, their world-class customer support when you get stuck, Uscreen certainly sets themselves apart from other similar services.

Cons

Since users pay for access, I'd like to see Uscreen taking no cut of the earnings. It just seems like double-dipping when account holders are already paying for a monthly/yearly subscription and Uscreen pulls a service fee and a $0.10 per subscriber fee every month.

Absolutely love Uscreen and the app I've built!

Pros

I love how user-friendly Uscreen is for our members and their team is an incredible support. They are always extremely helpful when our team needs something in order to make my membership + app the biggest success!

Cons

If you're not into marketing or Tech so much, you may want to outsource some of the work to apply for the app store and getting your membership off the ground.

Very positive, especially their tech support.

Pros

We have the options we needs to tailor our user experience and sell what and how we want to. Their tech support is amazing, and the platform has been virtually glitch-free for us.

Cons

Disappointed when they ended Vimeo storage integration.

Reason for choosing Uscreen

They gave us more options in tailoring our video sales to our precise business model. We don't have to do subscriptions unless we want to, we can do both livestream and/or VOD. We can offer downloads or not, rentals and/or purchases. It's very flexible in so many ways, and we are particular about how we want to do things.
