Our overall experience with Uscreen has been exceptional from start to finish. It has enabled us to transform Blue Lantern into a fully professional, scalable, and engaging digital platform that truly reflects the quality of our work. The setup process was smooth, the interface is intuitive, and managing content, memberships, and users has been straightforward.

Pros

What I appreciated most about Uscreen is that it offers a truly all-in-one solution for building a premium online platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools, everything from video hosting and memberships to payments and community features is seamlessly integrated. The user experience is exceptional — it genuinely feels like a Netflix-style platform, which has elevated how our audience engages with our content. The white-labelled app has been a major highlight, allowing us to present Blue Lantern as a fully branded, professional platform, which has significantly increased trust and retention. The backend is also very intuitive, making it easy to organise and scale multiple programmes without needing technical expertise. Overall, it has enabled us to grow a structured, high-quality learning ecosystem with confidence.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to complain about. Everything has been smooth, reliable, and well-designed, and the overall experience has exceeded expectations.

Any time, any issues - Uscreen always respond very promptly and efficiently. They have a deep understanding of their own product of this, and this is always translated into an appreciation of our bespoke platform.

Pros

The amazing people are at the core of UScreen and their superb customer support. They have always taken time to become fully briefed and then they can deliver great customer support responses.

Cons

Hard to find an issue with them - but if really pushed, and it's also a minor compliment: they have a suggestion box, which I did put forward ideas, but they insist on there being some consensus from other users before any idea is adopted. Fair enough I guess.

Solid - great customer support and a nice product overall! I haven't had any issues getting a hold of support if I need it and/or have a question.

Pros

That is very easy to navigate and looks professional. It reminds me a lot of Netflix with how it is setup.

Cons

You can't get the videos to loop or slow down. Sometimes the wifi or cell signal you have affects the quality of the video too.

Everytime I met with my onboarding specialist and learned more about what is included, it felt like Christmas morning.

Pros

It has every feature a creator could want as well as 24/7 support. As a non-techy personal trainer, I was supported by patient specialists the whole time.

Cons

I have not encountered anything negative as of yet! I'm loving the easy interface of buikding the website and app.

Pros

Uscreen has been committed to my success as a creator. They have been very responsive to all the problems I have encountered along the way.

Cons

Their price might a be expensive for a small creator. I still cannot afford a some of their features.

I've been using Uscreen since the end of last year, and I’m really happy with it. I recently moved my membership over to Uscreen, and it's been a great decision for both me and my members. Since I run a video membership, finding a platform that focuses on video and streaming was super important to me. Uscreen has been exactly what we needed. The video integration is smooth, and the platform is really easy to use, which makes my life a lot easier. One thing I absolutely love is having an app. It’s such a great experience for both me and my members. Plus, the ability to easily upsell different aspects of the membership based on what people are viewing or accessing is a huge bonus. I can already see this increasing our income as we continue to grow with our current customer base. But what I love most is what my members have been saying. They’ve been really positive about the new experience, saying it’s easy to find what they’re looking for and that the video quality is top-notch. The switch was smooth, and it’s clear they’re enjoying the upgrade. If you’re looking for a platform that gets how important video is, I’d definitely recommend Uscreen. It’s made a big difference for us.

Pros

The app is the best part! It creates such an amazing experience for me, my team, and my members. It makes it so much easier to connect with everyone, no matter if they have a phone, laptop, or tablet.

Cons

I wish the video description could be hidden from those who aren't members. It would also be amazing if we could upload different forms of content (i.e., text, multimedia, etc) to improve the learning experience. You can upload Resources; however, it isn't easy to update them, and members sometimes have a hard time accessing them.

We’ve used Uscreen not as platform to generate revenue, but rather to share content from various stations within the group. The platform fulfilled our needs and the support from the team was always there when needed.

Easy to navigate and set up. Very quick and helpful customer service

Pros

Uscreen has been so easy to use and the marketing tools offered have been a huge help in getting the word out to my community. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been so helpful in helping me get started and they respond so quickly! I’ve just launched, but I’m so happy I chose Uscreen as my movement platform. And it’s easy for me to expand and grow on it!

Cons

The thumbnail option doesn’t let you choose your own thumbnail from the video. It chooses it automatically, which makes for awkward snapshots of the video.

It’s empowering to have a platform that not only supports the success of my business but also provides exceptional guidance every step of the way.

Pros

What I love most about Uscreen is how intuitive the platform is and the complete transparency it provides in analytics. Having clear, reliable data allows me to confidently make business decisions without any guesswork.

Cons

I do wish there were more customization options for the website layout and the ability to integrate a blog directly within Uscreen’s backend instead of using a third-party solution.
