It’s a great tool for recruitment and when we have events at our schools. Pros Since the upgrades the user interface is intuitive and and allows for seamless collaboration between buildings. It’s easy for an admin to confirm screens are online and update content quickly. Cons Prior to the updates our screens would go offline randomly and then the screen manager would have to climb up a ladder to manually reboot or push annotate. In fact we just added another screen two weeks ago and perhaps we'll add more in the future... This is the second organization I've implemented Screen Cloud at. Pros Well structured. Integrated apps are getting better all the time. Cons The interplay of screens, channels, playlists and apps can be confusing. We've had users confused about how to to best structure a screen for playing to accomplish the desired view for the public. Updating content is a bit clunky sometimes. we use the Building Directory app to allocate dressing rooms for hockey. Because we're shoehorning it for our need, it isn't perfect (but it works). A lot of flexibility and many hardware options. Pros Central management of all the screens on different locations is working out very well for us, even with all the different screen sizes we have. All the different hardware options are a big plus compare to what competitors offer. I make updates several times per week and the software makes it very easy. Pros The company I work for was looking for a cost efficient way to keep the team up to date on company events. ScreenCloud fit our budget perfectly. I loved that we could try it for a month for free to make sure it would work for us and it did. The software is easy to learn and use. Cons I would like to see more APPs available to load. It's very easy to manage our digital signage now. Pros Screencloud allowed us to setup and use digital signage around our office fast and effortlessly. We were able to get up and running in a day. The interface is easy to use and allows a wide amount of customization. Cons I would love to see more integrations and more energy into the integrations. We were excited to see the Zendesk integration but realized that it had very limited use cases due to lack of customization. Cons My least favorite thing would be how you cannot individually choose which google reviews that run on your slide show.
