Cons Anyone seems to be able to order licensing and it is a a constent nightmare managing the procurement for the product. I was splitting my time over three different media systems, and now we use one. Pros It is easy to set up and change content. Cons Some of the functions don't seem to make sense. You can create folders in some places, but you can't in others. No reason why. From a very remote Island in the Pacific, such a system like ScreenCloud has never been used and I'm glad to get used to it and make a significant change in sharing useful digital content to our deskless workers and visitors. The integration with other applications, such as Canva, makes creating engaging designs on the fly much easier." ScreenCloud Digital signage has been a hit throughout our organization and gives us one centralized platform to seamlessly broadcast information. As a nonprofit, sometimes we wear many hats - this platform is easy to use and integrates with many systems that we already utilize. We use the system everyday and it is easy to implement. Cons As with any technology, sometimes it has glitches and although that can be frustrating, support has been really helpful in assisting us with fixing any issues in real time. August 16, 2024 4.0 Overall I'm very happy with the platform and support and would definitely recommend ScreenCloud to others. Pros I honestly didn't think I would be able to get this going! I have never worked on any digital screen software. The tutorials are easy to follow and I now have 15 screens successfully up and running for 3 months already and they look AMAZING!! Support is great, they get back to you very quickly I was quite pleased. Overall great experience! Cons There are a couple of add-ons that have to be purchased that I think should be included, and I don't like that the YouTube app STREAMS the videos rather than downloading them so you use lots of data if you do it this way.
